I ordered door dash, granted it was 9pm at night but still. And I understand it was 7 item order but this store couldn’t have been this busy but probably super petty. I love hot sauce and I add it on anything (in fact I do have bottles sometimes). I ordered the max amount for door dash (which is 15- or a handful) and the store gave me 3 mild disgrace

2/24 10pm I ask for an order of crispy nuggets. Girl working tells me yes, then no because they “aren’t fresh and wouldn’t be good for me”. Response isn’t even worth an explanation or follow up. They tried stopping me to probabaly give me another “free taco ticket” but I already have 4 from the last two weeks from all the mess ups here. I worked fast food, it’s really not hard nor is there any explanation for how poorly this place is operating.

I knew I needed to leave a review when I had the pleasure of meeting Zero, an extremely kind, thoughtful, and personable employee at this location when picking up my order the other night. These service workers don’t get paid enough for how much they carry on their shoulders, and Zero deserves a raise simply for how talented they are at customer service and not only did they serve my food, but I drove away with a smile on my face too.

So, I went through the drive-thru tonight after placing a mobile order and after a person had ordered 48 tacos.. (And you sir or ma’am, are a complete jerk for completely throwing off their drive time with your outrageous order, as well as not calling and giving them a heads up they are ordering almost 50 tacos so they could prepare for the wipeout you just caused. Rant over.).. they were out of beef.
The two employees that I spoke with were so kind about being slammed without order, and so patient with my impatience about not having what I ordered lol. I don’t remember their names, but they were nothing short of amazing. ♥️

I don’t normally post 1 star reviews. But I feel like I need to this time. I order specific menu items due to a tomato allergy. Fresh tomato seeds put me into Anaphylactic shock. It’s bad enough that I keep an epi pen close by. Today I ordered a soft taco a steak casadias and a diet Pepsi. I used the drive through. They asked if I wanted double meat and I said no thank you. Anyhow, I get back to work and the soft taco is covered in tomatoes. So it is inedible to me. Had to throw it out. The diet Pepsi tastes like regular Pepsi, so I’m not drinking that either. I can’t prove that the drink is wrong though To my knowledge the soft taco is supposed to be meat, cheese, lettuce.

This location was good for about a month. Now it suffers from the same issues as the east side Taco bell. Poor portion. Cold food. Very disappointed. Silverdale is still the best.
Update: has gotten even worse. Avoid at all costs. Look at the photos that’s a 5.49 taco. Outrageous.

Service was decent but when i was sitting in my car i saw that there was a car parked in the parking spot in front of the main door that an employee was taking her break in. If your working here you should not be taking up the closest parking spot to the door.

Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order through the app for us. No answer at the drive-through screen. Pulled up to the window to hopefully get serviced. Saw an employee go to the back, then didn’t see anyone for the next 20 minutes. We would’ve left, but given I had already paid for our order, i didn’t want to get charged for nothing. I tried calling the store twice, no answer. Finally, an employee who identified that he had just arrived stated that they were still closed 40 minutes after because of issues he wasn’t entirely sure of. Lady in the back, who I assume was in charge, stated finally that I wouldn’t be charged if they didn’t check me in. This ultimately meant that we weren’t going to get our order.
The very least any employee could’ve done was inform us of any situation going on. I would’ve understood and gone elsewhere. Instead, they just made us (and the others behind) wait for no reason. Probably the worst service I’ve ever seen, especially from a management perspective that doesn’t even attempt to rectify the situation.
