The food was average at best. The fries were overcooked and the burger I had was extremely salty and almost inedible. Service was 4/10 at best. They even forgot a single item order and left us waiting more than fifteen minutes before I finally got someone to look into it.

Food was normal. Service was unsatisfactory. I went through the drive through. It was difficult to communicate with the apathetic women taking the order. After I moved to the window and payed for my food, I was asked to moved forward even though no other cars were behind me in line. I did not move right away because I was wiping the liquid off of the top of my drink cup. Another person came to the window and said that I should move forward, so they didn’t exceed their window time. After moving forward, I waited an additional eleven minutes for my food, and no other cars came behind me.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a basic Vanilla shake with no whipped topping or cherry and Curly fries. Curly fries were over cooked, non appetizing. This is the Shake they gave me, which i wouldn’t even consider to be Vanilla. It tasted like coffee and chocolate in a mixed frozen texture. I was very disappointed with this. I don’t recommend getting shakes from this place. EVER!!

We ordered our food they flat down refused to give us a refund even though they say they were out of roast beef made us wait an hour for the roast beef to be done and the roast beef we have received was raw are fries was hard as a rock and red dipped into deep fryer in our food was not complete

Horrible service and messed up my order! Had to go back and get the right sandwich, and drive thru lady was dismissive and acted like I was bothering her. Management needs to teach their people how to be respectful to the customer and accuracy of orders.

Came in 08/12 Tues night and the lady made us fresh fries, mozzarella sticks, and went above and beyond to fulfill our order. Hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Tried to tell the Drive-Thru guy to thank her for us but he looked dazed and confused.

Food took over 10 min. When arrived home find out I got curly fries and wanted regular fries. My fault for not looking. Fish was like frozen fish sticks that came from the microwave. Will not be going back to this location

We’ve been to lots of Arby’s locations in the past (including this one) but I can’t think of another time we’ve been taken care of as well as our visit this evening. All the guys working behind the counter were just *so* nice and helpful every step of the way, and our food tasted perfectly hot and fresh. Hard to believe I’m giving a fast food place 5 stars, but here we are!
