This Starbucks was noticeably clean and quick with our drinks. Good tasting, well-made coffee and the servers were very pleasant to deal with. We did come at a down time but I don’t have any complaints about the place. A typical Starbucks experience. I ordered the new oat milk apple crisp coffee and it was spot on.

It took over 20 min to get through the line. We dont go to this store often but evey time we do it has an extremely long drive through line. It took 24 minutes for us to go through the line. It took about 10 of the 24 min to just get to the ordering spot. Once we got to the window we received the “fancy” drinks fairly quick but plan black coffee took 4 extra minutes. Yes my wife was timing the visit so the times are accurate.

I’ve ordered from this Starbucks a few times, and unfortunately it’s been consistently disappointing. My latte was only filled about halfway, which hasn’t been my experience at most other Starbucks locations. On top of that, the staff often comes across as condescending and makes it feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering a drink. The overall vibe is uncomfortable. I only stop here if it’s my only option on this side of Rufe Snow.

The staff is quick and efficient. The store manager is generous and accessible to his employees and clients. Also, this location gives back to the community by providing donations to non-profits, such as Communities In Schools Greater Tarrant County. We are so thankful for their generosity!

i come here all the time and recently i’ve just been pushed and pushed away. i’m starting to get really irritated with this one girl at night, she told me her name was skylar even tho i didn’t ask and waited TEN MINUTES for one drink. i watched it sit behind her even tho i kept asking for my drink and she got an attitude with me and said if i didn’t want to talk to say so. like what??? this little girl has given me so much attitude and push back and had to ask for help because i wanted a venti not a grande? after i said it 5 times at the box and she AGAIN gave me attitude? this is ridiculous starbucks, i can see how exhausted everyone is with her because everyone has to apologize to me for how crap she treats me and i’m assuming others since i came in the cafe and had another customer i think named michelle or something bring her up. i’ve had some lovely interactions with someone named becca and aspin and tony, 2 absolutely delightful girls and a kind guy, but you guys need to get your shit together and fire these people driving away your customers. won’t be visiting again but thanks for never getting my drink right skylar

Ren is truly an amazing barista she came up with a churro flavored iced coffee I really think that it should be on the menu everyone at this location is absolutely amazing they come up with some of the greatest flavor iced coffees for sure if you come to this location ask for Ren and Dailyn and see what flavors they come up with you will not be disappointed!!!!!!

Absolutely worst experience ever at a drive thru. The girl in the drive thru was extremely disrespectful and had an ugly attitude. I placed my order on line and SPECIFICALLY asked for light ice because i know how starbucks is with their ice. and so i get my drink and it’s HALF WAY FULL with THE NORMAL AMOUNT OF ICE. THIS IS NOT AT ALL WHAT I PAID FOR. i feel bad for the other works there because the girl in the window is so rude they probably don’t get any tips. sure didn’t get one from me! please find some better works and do better with the products. p.s. the food is ALWAYS HARD at this location!! hands down worst experience at starbucks!
