We dined in for Sunday lunch. They have 2 kiosks to take orders, but also had a cashier take orders. Cashier was friendly, food was great, but was slow. Took over 7 minutes to get food, spicey chicken sandwich and fries. The customer beverage machine could not make any coke beverages, but behind the counter they could.

After waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes. The person at the register charged me 2 different times for my items. Then I didn’t even receive everything I ordered, I had to ask twice for some of my order as well as sauce.
Understaffing is definitely a problem, so I suppose it may be easier to order ahead and pick up. However, after my experience, I wouldn’t trust to eat the food.

I went in because I was hungry, and I had my 2-year old with me too. I am pregnant and hadn’t eaten all day. I don’t like using the kiosk things, because I think they’re stupid and prefer to do things in person. We went up to the registers, and no one was there. I saw the workers making food and everything, and I know they saw me up there, but no one said a word to me. Didn’t say “hi,” didn’t say “I’ll be with you in a moment,” nothing. No acknowledgement of any kind. This just made me feel invisible, and like a bad mom because my son was wanting fries and chicken. I decided to leave because NO ONE in that whole establishment knew how to work a register, apparently.

Again this Wendy’s doesn’t disappoint if you want disappointment! Went through drive thru for 3 of us and service was fast. The burgers had very, very little condiments on them. They were out of Tea. Then to top it off they give us our chicken nugget meal! We paid $27 for this. Well go to Chilis next time or Burger King!

➡️ I ORDERED #1 DAVE’S SINGLE WORTH $6 SOMETHING WHICH IS KNOWN FOR ITS SIZE, AND WE GOT A SMALL CHEESEBURGER. I WENT INTO THE STORE AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND SHE TRIED CONVINCING ME THAT IT WAS THE #1 DAVE’S SINGLE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A SMALL CHEESEBURGER CLEAR AS DAY. SHE DID NOT OFFER A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT AT ALL I CAME BACK INTO THE CAR LOOKED IN THEIR ONLINE MENU FROM THE WENDY’S WEBSITE DIRECTLY AND OF COURSE THEIR DAVE’S SINGLE IS BIG SIZE AS I HAVE EATEN IN THE PAST

Just a burger and small fry, no drink. French fries were not hot and had a nasty “off” taste. Bad oil? I couldn’t venture a guess, could have been motor oil. Burger order was a single with cheese, ketchup and pickles only. Came with mayo, ketchup and one pickle slice , obviously heated after adding condiments= Mushy bun with a messy glop on top of the burger. Trashed it. Do with this info what you wish, but I’m never going back.

Went through the drive thru and at first was fine but the pick up window they were goofing off with each other like it was summer camp didn’t even look my direction when handing me my food, just shoved it out the window. They forgot my nuggets and the burger tasted really strange.
