Ordered 2 smasher, which dont say they have pickles on them and also dont have an option to add them. Yet both burgers had pickles. The workers should really learn to make the correct burger.

Walked to the door after waiting over 30 minutes to get my order after pressing the button to ask about our food and calling multiple times with no answer. Guy making the food was eating fries straight out of a customers box, I watched him place it in the bag after eating the fries. Tried to ask to cancel the order and employees were very rude and claimed to be busy. When we arrived at the store there were only 3 cars outside MAX. Terrible service. Terrible food. And INSANELY unhygienic. They have gone very down hill since being open 24 hours.

Literally every single time I go to the Sonic over the last 6 months to a year they never get the ice cream right it is literally never of the right flavor or the right amount of toppings it’s pretty much always just vanilla soft serve ice cream with barely any toppings at all not to mention with the kind of prices that you charge we definitely should not be having to deal with this every single time we go to your establishment!! Half of the drive-thru machines don’t even work and it’s getting really ridiculous going to this restaurant!

Waited 20 minutes for food just for half the order to be wrong. The guy at the speaker repeated the order back to us correctly but was giving the wrong food. The store wasn’t busy with only two people being in the drive thru. I wouldn’t mind a wait if it meant getting the correct food.

Had a very bad experience last night left a review and got a call from the very nice general manager. He talked to me and asked a few more questions about the issue that we have last night. We resolved things and as I told him we really love going to Sonic and it’s usually very very good but last night ended up being one of the worst nights we had had and he did an amazing job fixing the issue. I’m very much appreciate what he did and I am very happy that he was reasonable and completely understanding. I too apologize because I was a little unreasonable giving the fact that I only got to eat half of my food and that prices are going up so high which is not their fault.
