IHOP completely surprised me in the best way. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in — the staff were incredibly friendly, quick to help, and handled our special requests without hesitation.But the real shocker was the food. Who would’ve thought tomato soup and fish and chips at IHOP would be this good? Both dishes genuinely blew me away. Everything came out hot, flavorful, and far better than I expected.Fast service, great attitudes, and unexpectedly delicious food made this visit a standout. I’d happily come back anytime.

Honestly, if I could give no stars I would have. It was my first time at this location.
We were seated immediately. It was a somewhat busy Sunday morning and I do understand a busy restaurant. We sat waiting patently as the tables around us were served breakfast. We assumed that when the others had gotten their food, we’d be waited on. Another table was seated right next to us several minutes after us. We waited, they waited. 2 servers seemed to be working our area. Neither of them greeted either new tables in any way. After we had been waiting OVER 15 minutes, the table next to us got waited on. We decided to leave at that point since it felt as though we were being ignored. No one said a word as we left. Not the servers who watched us leave, not the host at the front. Not a single person. Honestly, as a former food server and restaurant manager, I am extra patient when it’s busy. But I won’t be back.

The service was impeccable. Our waiter Sergio was on his game. Took our order, food came fast, was just what we ordered just the way we ordered it. He kept our drinks full and checked in on us with a smile and a very humble attitude. He made our visit worth our time. Thank you Sergio.

I was surprised at the extensive selection of breakfast coices. Omelettes were very large and delicious. Pancakes were light and fluffy. Prices were fair. Good service as well.

Although IHOP has some of the best pancakes anywhere, they have great other selections! One of my favorites for breakfast is the garden omelet…huge and delicious. The serving staff at Rancho Mirage is super friendly and the coffee…wow!

My boyfriend and I were in Palm Springs, and we usually visit smaller, charming breakfast spots. However, I suggested we go to IHOP to save money. He was surprised to find that his meal cost $10. Where could you get a meal for that price? We live in Beverly Hills, where a bagel sandwich costs $25. If you’re hungry and looking for a hearty meal at a reasonable price, IHOP is a good choice.
