We went thru the drive-in and ordered dessert. I irdered the Hershey pie, which was refreshingly delicious and only $1.99. My daughter got the Frozen Fanta Strawberry with cold foam and loved it. The lady cashier was impatient about something at the window but we had no idea about what was going on.
We stopped and took pictures after the order and had fun enjoying the displays.
Big fish and some chicken nuggets as well. I like the zesty sauce. Overall this is a good quick stop. I just have to eat the sandwiches without the bun
NW 37th Ave, Miami, FL 33125 it’s awful I really love the food but with them I can’t never order any kind of food, they never have anything to eat and the treat it’s freaking shameless, The costumer service is always poor and disappointing, they don’t care about anyone and never want to do their job correctly, this time they didn’t have change and they guy on the front Yanquiel or Something like that was unprofessional but the lady manager was told us that they don’t have change, but it’s been like that the entire day? Fix that we deserve a fair treatment, I reported this on google map long time ago and nothing had changed since then, I need a change, we need a change!!! We are TIRED!!!
I understand that a place can be busy and that waiting is sometimes unavoidable — that was not the issue. The issue was that after acknowledging their mistake and finally charging me around 8:00 PM, my order was not prioritized at all, and they continued preparing orders for people who arrived after me.
When I asked again about my order, the cashier ignored me and turned her back. I requested to speak with a manager so the order could be completed or canceled. Another employee tried to help, but the manager (Nanita) came out of the kitchen visibly upset and stated that she would be the one to speak with me.
I calmly explained that I had been there since 7:30 PM, that the initial delay was their error, and that my child had been waiting almost 45 minutes. Her response was to tell me that I needed to understand that some people wait up to 60 minutes, and that I should leave a review so they could get more staff.
I was not asking for special treatment — only fair treatment after an error they themselves acknowledged. Despite this, other orders continued to be prioritized ahead of mine. My only request was to receive the food I had already paid for, since my child had been waiting for a long time. Instead of resolving the situation, the manager decided to cancel my order.
There was no empathy, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Canceling the order was not a solution — it was a way to end the situation without addressing it. Very poor customer service.
