These kiosk are a joke!!! What happened to customer service now you’re expecting me to order my own food how about reducing your prices? If I have to do the cashier’s job definitely will not go into a baker’s again just in the Drive-Thru very disappointed in bakers the manager or the staff was very rude when I asked for help because the kiosk was malfunctioning and was difficult to navigate ridiculous have a few cashiers!! Super empty inside because of the kiosk I bet LOL avoided

UPDATE OCT 16, 2025: Changing my 3 star rating to 5 STARS because they have been perfect every return visit since but MORESO after seeing the response Baker’s left on my review. Now that’s how you respond to customers. On my way over right now to give you guys more business while I’m in Riverside! JULY 2025 – ORIGINAL REVIEW
This was my first time going to this Baker’s after trying a few other ones throughout Riverside; and I must honestly say, that it seems like the other Baker’s in the area actually give out decent — or even moreso “generous” — portions for their orders.
When I went here tonight, I legitimately could NOT stop myself from having an honest true laugh when I opened my hardshell veggie taco wrapper.
The main reason was because of the tomatoes. I usually never order anything with tomatoes because it makes the corn/flour tortilla soggy and ruined if I don’t eat it right away, which often ends up happening, so I just stopped including any of those all together. Tonight, however, I knew for a fact I would eat my taco immediately upon getting it, so I figured I’d actually leave the tomatoes this time because I do enjoy them in a taco when it all comes down to it. So I didn’t omit the tomatoes. Well, when I opened my wrapper, I started dying. (See photo below)
There were, NO JOKE…. 2 TOTAL DICED TOMATOES put on it. 2. Literally that’s how much was included on a taco that was supposed to include tomatoes…. 2 dime sized little diced tomato squares. So I found that pretty funny.
The other thing that I joked about was the fact that the entire first bite of my taco was literally nothing but the tortilla shell. So basically a thick tortilla chip. There was barely anything included in my taco. Definitely got a little stingy on the portions this time we ordered. And the other Baker’s were NOT the same. I had no reason to laugh when I had that food; only pure satisfaction.
Don’t get me wrong, the food was still super delicious. It was just lacking on portion sizes.
But holy crap, is that Orange Fanta Shake SERIOUSLY AMAZING!!
I’ll definitely be back here to give it another shot!

Stopped by on 9/1 around 2pm , pretty slow location, ate inside food was fresh guy up front was really nice, but the size of the burrito was not even half the size as normal. Don’t think I’ll come back to this location.

Bakers has always been a good quick spot to eat. This location however is superb. The food is always consistent. I’m talking about the service and the atmosphere. I was having a pretty crummy day yesterday. It was my wife’s birthday, but she passed away 3 years ago…so I went in because it was our little spot. Let me tell you, the ladies behind the counter (especially the girl with the glasses and tattoos on her left arm) were so inviting, polite, kind, smiley, considerate, and thorough. The manager was polite too, he was cooking burgers. It completely turned my day around… evening actually. I really wish I could remember the girl’s name…but hopefully the owners/management know who I’m talking about and give her a pat on the back and truly consider her for a promotion. After she was so nice, I observed her, and the other girls…and they were so kind to everyone. Thank you guys…I appreciate you all.

I went to Bakers (Main St. 92501) at 11:45pm because my daughter was hungry. I ordered a ground beef hard shell taco and a small fries. No one else was in the drive thru. When I got home my food was tampered with. The workers put extra extra salt on my fries. They also gave me a soft taco with chicken, ground beef, rice, extra extra onions, and who knows what else. I saved the food. I left a message with corporate. I need a refund. I hope those workers get fired. I also will NEVER go there again. I prefer the Bakers on 3rd Anyways. Go there.

I really love me some Baker’s they are always fast and efficient and always very courteous, the food here is very good, they have great bean burritos and even more fantastic french fries, they also have a great taco Tuesday, and you should definitely try their Texas tacos, they have so much good stuff to list but you just have to go check it out yourself. Went to this location today 4-17 @ 5:20pm to pick some dinner. Got to the speaker ordered food our dinner. Ordered a #12 combo(didn’t get the fries) taco burger with no lettuce or tomato, #1 combo, and a twin kitchen meal with the burger just dressing no cheese and the taco no lettuce or tomato. Got home and very dissatisfied. The burger had cheese. The taco had lettuce and tomato, and the taco burger had lettuce and tomato plus it is cold. This is not the 1st time this location messes up.
