I’m very disappointed with the service I experienced during my recent visit.
When I walked in, the cashier already seemed frustrated with another customer because he didn’t immediately come up after his name was called. The tone and attitude were noticeable. When it was my turn to order, I asked a simple question about the menu and was told to “look at the menu and you’ll see,” rather than being given a direct answer. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
After I sat down to eat, the restaurant became busy. I observed a noticeable difference in how certain customers were treated. A large group came in and was greeted warmly and assisted promptly. Meanwhile, I and another customer asked for refills and were ignored. I also witnessed a customer receive his food significantly later than people who ordered after him.
I understand that restaurants get busy and that employees can have stressful days. However, consistency in customer service is important. Every guest should be treated with the same level of respect and attentiveness.
The food itself has always been good, but service like this makes it difficult to want to return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the professionalism and consistency of service at this location.

The ladies working Saturday night were absolutely amazing, very very nice,food was delicious not the norm for the Bojangles I’ve visited before, they actually changed my entire opinion on the chain. I spent several hours at the truck stop, (in the restaurant)…
Eat dinner and caught up on some paperwork.
Not one time did I feel rushed or that I was in the way. Thank you ladies for making me feel welcome truly gave me something positive to take from Marion Illinois.

This store is better than the ones down south. Food was great. Stopped by 3 times in the last week. Friendly people, fast service. 3 piece chicken is good, always hot. Dirty rice is suggested and fries have a tasty seasoning on them. Also tried the chicken sandwich which was also good. Chicken has a light spice to it, nothing hot, just enough for taste. Also Bo Berry cinnamon biscuits are really good, Nice and warm.

Has always been a positive experience until today. Not sure if the person taking the order was having an off day or what, but today complain to co-workers about a customer, then serve poor quality food and have the manager come to the window when nothing was wrongly said is too much. If she is encountered again, it will be requested for a different server.

Id give 20 stars if I could. This place and their day shift manager Thomas deserve friggin awards for how well they take care of their guests. I’m an over the road trucker, was passing through getting fuel, decided to get a sandwich for lunch. Had some issues with my debit card. I showed Thomas my account overview on my phone just showing that I did indeed have funds, because I was thinking something was wrong with their system. I hung around and tried to swipe several times before contacting my bank. I was then made aware that the issue was actually on their end and not with Bojangles or Loves. My bank then corrected the issue and told me my card should work in a few minutes. Well after 10 to 15 min of waiting I tried to swipe again and it still didn’t work. At which point Thomas handed me my food and drink and told me he would take care of it. He and his coworkers dont know how my day had been or what I’ve been going through personally in life. That act of kindness gave me hope for humanity truly. Yeah I know its just a chicken sandwich and some fries and a diet Pepsi. $12 and some change. But the kindness and understanding and empathy was priceless. So Thomas to you and all your crew Thank You. Yall are awesome. And everyone should go here and enjoy the good food made by good people.

Some may like the “NEW CONCEPT” of chicken tenders only but I prefer real chicken parts legs and wings etc. It would be biased of me to rate the food when im not a fan of tenders. I thought the price was high for 3 pieces. My wife and daughter gobbled up their chicken tenders and enjoyed every bite.

This was not a location with bone-in chicken which was disappointing. We all got strips and there were good. The cashier was really nice and helpful and explained a lot to us since it was our first time. Very nice and friendly.

Im impressed. First time eating here and is way better than last time i ate at KFC. Chicken isnt all nasty greasy but just right with juice and crisp. They made me a few grilled breasts with no seasoning for my dog too. Great job and great meal. Thank yall.
