My family and I came in and were taken care of by Noelia. Even though there were a lot of us, she did a great job making sure everyone was taken care of and had everything we needed. She stayed patient and attentive the whole time, which we really appreciated.
The manager, Julian, also stopped by our table to check on us and make sure everything was going well. It meant a lot that he took the time to do that, especially since our group was pretty large. Overall, we were very appreciative of the great service from both of them.

The Parade Punch was a bummer. It looked so cute and colorful but I got boring. When the manager asked if everything was good, I told him that it wasn’t like it was advertised and he said he would have them send another corrected one but never came back and I didn’t get anything. My boyfriend asked for silverware and it came wrapped but dirty and full of food. Does no one look at what they are wrapping? This experience left a bad taste and it will be awhile till I go back. Pictures show what it was supposed to be and what it was and dirty fork.

My server Liam was very friendly and got my food out quickly even when it was packed. The manager came to check on us and even had a great conversation. Ordered a salad and a kids meal to go. Took over 30 minutes. The place wasn’t even busy. Wouldn’t substitute chicken for an impossible burger even if I paid more. Kids meal had hardly any sauce. Salad was good but overpriced. Edit: got a gift card so we ordered delivery. It came hot and fresh. The entree was great. The nachos had hardly any shredded cheese but the rest was good. The kid got a side of 4 cheese pasta. She was pleasantly surprised with the bacon on top.

I have been to this restaurant around 50 to 70 times for many hangouts, events, and celebrations. I don’t feel that the quality has remained consistent through all these years, and I have been pretty disappointed in some of my last visits. Although some of their dishes are consistently good like the Fiesta Lime Chicken, Spinach Dip, and some other appetizers, I feel like all other dishes that I used to like such as the Baby Back Ribs are just not the same anymore.
