Went to online order on New Years day, I checked to make sure they were open. The site said they were open, Google said they were open, the sign stating holiday hours on the door said they were open. I place my order, on the store site that says they are open, I received a confirmation text. I go to pick it up, and the door is locked and the store is closed. Called and left a voicemail, and never received a called back. My card was charged, I never got my order.

I go to Mazevo multiple times a week in Billings and love it (they have pistachio lattes year round)!

But every time I come to the Laurel location I am waiting 10+ minutes at the window to receive a drink. The girl working said it was due to them being “slammed inside” and I saw one customer inside while that same worker stood around looking very un-busy. I was given my coffee and croissant and noticed the top of croissant was uncooked cold dough… No, I did not ask to have it warmed up but I don’t ask at the other locations and it is always warmed up. I brought it back and asked them to warm it up and they tossed it in for 10 seconds and gave me back a warm still doughy croissant.

A very unfortunate interaction this morning.

Ordered Banana Bread – & two coffee’s in the drive through – got to our appointment and found we’d been given pumpkin bread. Our two coffees had no flavor to them -Carmel Mach. & Mocha – called the minute we arrived at our appointment and have yet to hear back from anyone. It was a birthday treat for my sister and we were very disappointed.

The drinks are fantastic here! People are very, very friendly. It’s a great positive atmosphere. Never have had a bad experience. The service is fairly slow, which is the only drawback. When I go, I prepare to wait awhile. Overall, a great coffee shop, guys!

Having only one person work a drive thur an front counter in the early morning is not great management skills definitely not the first time I’ve come across this.They definitely need to step up their employees or managers need to come in a fill spots .. very poor practice.

I have frequented Mazevo in Billings for years and had great experiences. My first experience at the Laurel Mt shop was not good. First, we had to wait a good 4 minutes to be waited on (we were greeted).The girl that took our order didn’t listen at all. Both coffees were uncomplicated yet she spent 30 seconds hitting buttons and then asking to repeat everything. Then it took at least 20 minutes to get our order. We left and my drink wasn’t even right. Breve with 2 stevias hot. It was a latte not a breve. There were 4 workers behind the counter. I hope you take this to heart as I appreciate your motto and want to support local businesses. Laurel store is not cutting it.

I’ve never been here until today. The service was amazing, the girl recommended me the best coffee I’ve ever had. Not only was the server the nicest and sweetest person I’ve ever met, the coffee was just as sweet ☺️ If I could, I’d give this place ten stars, since I can’t, I’m giving it five ☺️ You guys are wonderful and I can’t wait to come again Ciao! ☺️

Let me start with I love Mazevo in Billings – ALL of them. This one in Laurel – whoever this young girl is working today Monday, Sept 2, 2024, she does not represent Mazevo brand. Not only was she rushing us to finish the order, she failed to include the last item on our order. We got to the window and she had an attitude about having to input phone number for point redemption and we had to repeat the number because she wasn’t listening. When items were ready, she threw the food at my husband. The drinks were shoved at us. When we inquired about the last food item, she acted like she didn’t know what was happening. Since we weren’t given a receipt, I couldn’t even check. When I asked her name, she asked why and I told her that her customer service was struggling today and she shut the window in our face.

Mazevo – you NEED to do better. This person does not represent your company very well. We will likely NEVER go to the Laurel store again.
