Welp, guess it’s time to cross taco bell Nashua off my list of fast food places to visit. Having a really bad day and decided I wanted something quick to eat. Taco Bell definitely didn’t help my day to be any better. I ordered the build your own box from the app. Got the loaded potatoes, potato soft taco, and the gordita crunch substitute chicken and add pico. Keep in mind, the chicken was 60 cents extra and the pico was also 60 cents extra. The potatoes were ice cold. I’m not one to complain so I ate half the potatoes and a few bites of the cold potato taco. Go to eat my gordita crunch and it was made wrong, made with beef and no pico. So I took it back up to the counter, had to complain this time. Guess the guy on the steam table didn’t like me complaining because he made me a gordita crunch with only 3 pieces of chicken and for the pico only got like 5 tomatoes! Would’ve been cheaper to have just added tomatoes instead of pico but I was wanting the onions and seasoning with it. See attached pics. I’m one of those stubborn people, I’ll never be back to this taco bell.

Dear Taco Bell Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your Nashua, NH location. I ordered a Veggie Mexican Pizza, but unfortunately, the food I received was not up to the standard I expected.

The Mexican Pizza appeared poorly prepared, with the tortillas being stale and tasting bitter. After tasting, I immediately contacted the store to report the issue and was told that they could not accept a return or issue a refund. Instead, I was asked to come back and pick up a new order, but there was no guarantee that the next one would be any better. I also requested either a refund or store credit, but my request was completely denied.

I kindly urge Taco Bell and relevant food safety agencies to investigate this matter and ensure that proper food quality standards are maintained. I hope that you will take swift and appropriate action to address this issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered a crunchy taco without beef, cheese and added beans and pico de gallo and instead received a beef crunchy taco with cheddar and sour cream.
Staff behavior was really terrible when we were waiting for the order.

A thing I don’t love about the Main Street, Nashua location is that the dining room doesn’t have outlets, if you need to plug in like a phone/laptop; there ARE three, but they’re behind a trash can, up by the drink machine, and by the bathrooms.
Plus, my one visit to the Nashua Taco Bell, the freeze machine was broken, one of the soda flavors was out, and they don’t have any plastic, dine-in trays at all. And one of the workers I tried asking a question apparently speaks no English and did not even try to communicate with me. Plus, they cruelly lock their bathrooms.

My husband and I read the reviews before going but decided it couldn’t be THAT bad. We were wrong. It was actually THAT bad. I ordered a chipotle burrito and it didn’t come with chipotle sauce (practically no flavor).
My husband ordered a vegetarian meal (he doesn’t eat meat and hasn’t in years) and was fed beef. Went back in and they exchanged our food, which I thought would fix everything. I was wrong. I was told that I needed to add chipotle sauce to my order if I wanted it on my chipotle burrito. What?? It comes with it. So the workers clearly don’t know their own menu. They remade it and it still had zero sauce in it. Also, if you’re expecting FAST food, think again. Between waiting for the original order and for them to remake it, it took 1.5 hours. How does that happen when the kitchen is full of workers, orders are being taken on screens, and AI is taking orders in the drive through?? I’ve been to a Taco Bell before in the UK and it was great. Somehow this fast food place was horrific and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Somehow the food at the UK’s chain was also much better (at least their food had real beans). Do not go here! You’re bound to walk away frustrated or unhappy.

They make food delivery drivers wait forever because they are unhappy people, if you had a more positive outlook maybe things could change for you but the vibe and energy here is a domino effect of negativity. Wouldn’t the store be able to pay you more if you got the highest scores with the best customer service? These workers here display that they have no pride in their work. Its not where you work its where your mind is. Wake up people.

I always try to avoid this place, but I was in a hurry and stopped there. After a long wait, they not only charged me for the wrong order twice, but also gave me the wrong order. I ended up paying $15.34 for two soft tacos (which should’ve been $7.39). The staff is very messy and unorganized. This place really needs new management. I feel generous giving it one star. The food wasn’t what I asked for, but it was at least okay.

I understand Tacobell has less locations then McDonald’s or Burger King so they tend to be busier and the wait times longer. Having said that, this locations issues are employee based.

I always order online so that way there can be no error in my order. They can not say that they misheard me or that I ordered wrong.

After waiting 23 minutes in the drive-thru, I finally received my order. As I drove off, I grabbed a Chalupa only to find a hard taco. This struck me as odd because I never order hard tacos with my meals, I always swap hard tacos out for soft tacos. So I pull into the parking lot to check the rest of the order and it is all completely wrong.

I bring the order back into the store. The female worker who is serving the drive-thru, see me and comes up to me and asks what’s wrong. I tell her the whole order is wrong and I show her the receipt. She looks at the items and agrees. She tells me she’s very sorry and then proceeds to tell me to keep the food as I try to hand it back. She states, we cannot take the food back. I tell her thank you. That’s very kind of her and my wife is coming home from work soon and would be happy to eat it. As she walked away, one of the male workers who is watching the whole thing, comes over while making some nasty non verbal faces at me and he doesn’t say anything to me, he just picks up the bag and walks away, throwing it into the trash. Whatever I get it, i didn’t pay for it, so it’s not mine but he seemed to do it more out of spite than some sort of like corporate policy as as there was no explanation from him. Maybe he was upset because he’s the one who made the error.

But that’s not even it… the entire time I waited for them to remake my food… I watched the staff members fight with each other verbally. Legit yelling at each other, using foul language, telling each other to shut up, throwing items onto the ground, slaming there hands on the stainless steel work stations.

After 52 minutes at Tacobell I finally got the right order. At least it was fresh and hot!

I have spent thousands and thousands over years with Tacobell. I know it’s not authentic Mexican cuisine but being a homeowner, I am broke and I like tacos…

One of the Wildest things I have seen in a long time.

Don’t even get me started about this place. The night workers are incompetent people who don’t care at all about their job. I have seen them smoking God knows what in the back of the building. The guys walk around with their pants half way down their legs. The orders come out unbelievably slow. If you order on a weekend night, good luck getting your food. They also don’t seem to be preparing the food anywhere near sanitary. They close for unknown reasons on busy nights due to”lack of staff.” If I were the founder of Taco Bell I would be ashamed of this particular store. Nothing goes right here and nothing ever will.

Went once and the food tasted stale. Soft tortillas were hard and was just not good. Just now tried to give it a second chance. Did a mobile order. Waited an HOUR in the drive thru. Didn’t even get my food. I left the line.
