We just celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary, but a very sick toddler who narrowly avoided a multi-day hospital admission had us cancelling our entire vacation last minute. We made the best of it, and I literally ordered this flower pound cake less than 24 hours before pickup. Let me tell you….it was GORGEOUS. Absolutely stunning! Unfortunately, the taste didn’t match up (it was dry and the icing was terrible, but I realize it’s decoration icing so we scraped it off anyway). I’ve heard this place is known for its cream donuts, and if I’m out this way again, I’ll give those a shot. The place was packed on a Saturday, no parking front or back, so I street parked and walked in. The young girl helping me was friendly.

By far the best bakery in Burlington County, possibility the state of NJ. They now close on Sundays, so pick-ups on Saturday are very crowded. Sheet cakes are great for large parties. Layer cakes can have a variety of fillings and are excellent too.

The line of people was down the block on Christmas Eve morning. It was well worth the wait! The creme filled donuts with powdered sugar are DELICIOUS. My wife is a big fan of the snowflake rolls. BTW, the staff was very helpful. Enjoy!

We drive from North of Philadelphia every Christmas holiday to buy over a dozen Polish Babca. They make the best lemon meringue pie anywhere in the Delaware River Valley. The rest of the baked goods are great and the temptation is to buy a lot of baked goods. BTW the danish freezes great and if defrosted overnight makes a great breakfast treat.

I tried L&M bakery for the first time because a friend of mine stated he wanted his birthday cake from his favorite childhood bakery. L&M family-owned and operated bakery for more than 50 years. The first time I visited on November 30, 2021, there was no line and I was able to walk in and pick up my cake order and a dozen donuts.
I ordered his birthday cake online with 24-hour notice and set my pick-up date for November 30, 2021. The online ordering process was quick and easy. The payment was paid online. I ordered a vanilla cake with banana filling and whipped cream. The cake was delicious, moist, and the bananas were fresh. I paid for the cake online.
The pickup process was fairly easy, I provided my name. There were one or two people ahead of me but the line moved quickly.
I went there recently on February 12, 2022, and ordered a dozen donuts. There was a line outside the bakery however I thought it moved fairly quickly. These donuts are delicious and fresh. The donut selection is pretty good as they have a variety of flavors.
Parking: Street parking and easy to park.
Payments: Credit cards and cash accepted. I believe the minimum credit card amount has to be $10.00.
Seating: No seating you are picking up the order and leaving.
Overall, hands down, this is the best place for donuts. These donuts are big, fresh, and delicious. The next day the donuts were still fresh! They have a variety of donuts which I have not seen from other bakeries. The donuts are beautiful, tasty, and fragrant. My favorite donut spot!
