I first walked in and walked past the manager not even a hello not even what do you want nothing so I go on to my app and I start my order after I place my order I asked to use the restroom because the sign says only paying customers which I totally understand in this day and age after coming out of the bathroom I passed by the manager again but this time I attempt to greet the manager I worked in customer service for more than 20 years and I’ve been district manager and store manager of companies and I believe customer service should be number one with that being said my interacted with the manager of the second time I introduced myself after interacting with the manager the second time I received my food but the fries we’re very unsatisfactory a lukewarm or cold french fry from McDonald’s is no good at this point I asked the store manager after handing her one and she looks at me kind of confused I tell her that I want to bring my wife home food she’s going to be happy especially since she asked me to bring home a large fry and a Coke the manager was quick to obliged and get me fresh fries

I thought i had good service but, they took the onions off a double quarter pounder and handed me it. I asked for no onions when I bought it. Luckily I threw it out before I ate it. I even asked her if it had no onions on it and she smiled in my face and said it didn’t.

I had an unexpectedly unpleasant and unprofessional experience in the drive-thru tonight. There was an issue with a rewards code, and when I tried to explain the situation, the first employee repeatedly shut down the conversation by loudly saying “no, no” and refusing to let me speak. When I politely asked for her name or employee ID so I could file a complaint about her conduct, she simply closed the window on me. Please also note that the majority of negative reviews about this location are related to their customer service.
A second woman – who appeared to be a supervisor or manager – then came to the window. She refused to provide any identifying information and escalated the situation by stepping outside and calling the police, reading my license plate number aloud while speaking in fluent English the entire time. She also spoke to me in clear English during her interaction with me, so communication was not the issue. I explained that I was only lingering because I needed some form of employee identifier in order to file a proper complaint and that I would move along right afterward. I never refused to leave or acted in any threatening or aggressive way.
All of this took place at the same drive-thru payment window. A younger employee (who said she was 16) later came to the window and told me I could not record, even though Colorado is a one-party consent state, regardless of age. I told her I’m glad to speak to someone older instead, if that was her concern, she said “she doesn’t speak English”. She also tried to claim that the earlier employee “only speaks Spanish,” to which I replied, “yo habo Español también” to this girl that said she speaks English and Spanish. About the manager-esque woman, that was not accurate. The woman in question had already spoken to me in English. The staff member continued speaking English consistently throughout the encounter, including while on the phone with the police. I will give credit that the young girl was extraordinarily professional with me overall compared to the other two employees, despite my disagreement with her trying to play the language barrier card.
For transparency, I have the entire interaction recorded on video, including everything that was said and done on both sides.
Overall, the staff’s behavior was defensive, dismissive, and unnecessarily escalatory. I was simply trying to resolve a basic customer-service issue and request appropriate identifying information so I could file a complaint. I hope management or corporate addresses this so future customers don’t have to experience something similar.

Left a sign in the drive through lane that was not visible from the car so we ended up driving over it. It got stuck under the car and the car was damaged. we were able to get it out and took it inside. The manager got mad at us for a mistake which could have been avoided if they had put the sign up correctly.

Always getting my order wrong. I should learn to check next time. Ordered 2 of 6 piece nuggets and they only gave 4 each. Last time it was cheese on my burger when I ordered no cheese. And the one before that no pickle.

Drive thru staff was rude and unnecessarily sassy, judgemental, and disrespectful. Order was placed incorrectly, meaning i didnt recieve the goods i had asked for. Bag contained no straw or sauces for my meal and soda. Worst McDonalds experience I have experienced so far.

Worst service ever received anywhere in my life, zero stars all the way around. I was going here everyday until the lady today decided to take my complaint as an opportunity to shit talk me then slam the window on me after rubbing her fingers all over her cold sore mouth then touching my drink so not only was my time, money, and food and drink wasted, but my complaint was not taken seriously and handled with the utter most disrespect!! You guys should be shut down who touches sores on their mouth then hands you your food then get disrespectful when you politely make the issue known. I will NEVER go to this location again!!!
