For the price of this place I would expect more. We waited an hour and 10mins for our food. Nothing fancy the kids meals was burger and fries and chicken tenders ours was a steak and a chicken meal. All of which should take 30-40mins at max to make. The place wasnt really packed there was other customers but not that many. Than when we was getting the check there was a mess up on the military discount meaning they couldnt do it becuz we had the salad bar coupon. Which the waiter tried figuring it out but basically they refused to do it which fine just wish they would’ve said at the beginning. Also the atmosphere is good its the seating thats a problem. We had 4 at a booth and didnt have room to move our arms hardly to eat. The waitress was nice. But be prepared to wait forever on food. Will say again the food was good just when ur hungry and u go to a place u expect a 30 min wait not an hour or more. Like you know there’s something up when u have a grill restraunt and on valentines day you arent packed with a wait time.

Decided to eat here for the first time last night as everywhere else was busy with a long wait time and here we got in within ten minutes. I was craving wings but when I asked how many wings you get, he told us “4, maybe 5” and the price was about $15-16 for 4 wings!? I seeked a different option as the prices were high on most things and the quality definitely wasn’t worth the prices. They have a salad bar you can add on to your entree for $6… This salad bar was a mess and looked like a crazy germ fest and I didn’t feel safe eating from it. I also ordered a drink from the bar, never got it…or any other drink at that. I ordered steak, didn’t have much flavor, asked for A1 as soon as it was brought out, never got the sauce. Waiter come back by after walking past us several times and cleaning a table behind us and asked if we wanted to order anything else (this was the first time he even checked on us…. No refills on anyone else at the table drinks) I told him I never got my drink and no longer wanted it as it has been almost an hour of me waiting for it. He then proceeded to bring the drink out after I asked him not to….I said no thank you I do not want that now and asked not to be charged for it and sent it back. He brings the bill out, took the drink off and then stands there staring my husband down on the tip screen watching his every move and making it feel awkward… My husband did not want to tip him that high but he just stood there staring at his every move and my husband felt pressured. This is one of the worst experiences in my life, I barely for to even eat cause I had no sauce, the steak was full of gristle and lacked flavor, I never got a drink and was so thirsty and I was just really disappointed that they didn’t seem to care or try to make the visit right. I will not be returning here every again.

2 PM Friday 12/5/2025. Drove an hour just to come to Ruby Tuesday as the last time we had them (a few years ago), they were great. $80 later and I don’t say this lightly, but this was the worst meal I have ever eaten at any restaurant. The steak was dry, burnt on the top, chewy and inedible. The baked potato was also dry, inedible and not seasoned at all. The only positive part of this experience was our waiter. I hope my dog will enjoy the leftovers.

Our dinner was deplorable. The ribeye steak was dry and tasted like peppered shoe leather. The baked potato was tough like it was made yesterday. The chicken and mac n cheese was like it was microwaved noodles. And for the price that was charged it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. A ranch dressing was dropped on the floor and several employees walked over it instead of cleaning it up.

Well that was terrible. Tables not cleared. My steak was barely warm (and I’m pretty sure they gave me a ribeye instead of ny strip). It took way too long to get the food, so I ate half and I’m bringing the rest home for the dog. $70 without the tip. We could have saved $50 and gone to Burger King.

We stopped in here because we went to the mall. The food was really good, our server was great, and we enjoyed the salad bar. Nothing to complain about. It was a pleasant experience and a good meal. Drinks were good also, other than I had to send the margarita back to get a sugar rim. I’m not sure what kind of bartender sends a margarita out without salt or sugar… They were out of a couple of things, which was frustrating, but otherwise no real complaints. A good little place to stop and have dinner. Worth it just to go and get the salad bar sometimes too.

I will likely never return after this experience. Please take the time to read.

This was my first visit to Ruby Tuesday, and unfortunately it set the tone immediately. We waited over ten minutes just to be seated while employees made eye contact with us and other guests were seated and served. The couple ahead of us waited even longer and eventually left.
Once seated, service did not improve. My husband never received a refill on his drink, and when our food arrived, it was cold and the meat on our sandwiches was burnt.
However, the most serious issue was the billing. I was incorrectly charged $73.27 for someone else’s meal. The waiter initially argued with me and had me pay it. When I requested a receipt, he then admitted the charge was incorrect, said it would be canceled, and charged me again for the correct amount of $37.41.
The $73.27 charge was not canceled and went through anyway. I was charged $110.68 total for a meal that should have cost $37.41.
I have contacted the local restaurant, called their phone line, and submitted a complaint, with no resolution. It has now been nearly six days, and I am forced to dispute the charge with my bank.
Mistakes happen, but ignoring an incorrect charge of this size for days is unacceptable.

At this point, I genuinely wish we had just gone to AppleBees

Update: 1-2-26

After several attempts to resolve this, I finally spoke with someone today who took ownership and pushed the refund through. I appreciate her effort. While I’m glad it’s being corrected, it did take several days and multiple contacts to reach this point.

Prompt seating .no wait. Our server was very friendly and helpful.. management also there checking on guest. Food was hot and fresh and tasty. My mom had a bar drink that was also prepared beautifully. And someone overheard it was my mom’s bday .and paid our check And Ruby Tuesday even provided a bday ice cream.
