Even though the drive-thru sign says it’s open 24 hours, that doesn’t seem to mean there are actually employees available. After waiting about 10 minutes with no service, I went inside and saw staff coming from the back of the building with no sense of urgency.
If you advertise 24-hour service, there should be consistent staffing and attention to customers. The lack of responsiveness was frustrating and disappointing.

Customer service is well above standard at this location. Friendly & helpful staff. Very Professional. The food is usually made right and presented well not sloppy & unappetizing. Keep up the great mgmnt & work at this Rosedale location!! PLUS theyre open 24/7 for late late night munchies!!

The slowest BK i ever been to, took them exactly 33 mins to call the order and it was empty inside the dining room, where are those nice days where fast food was fun and a nice place for family reunions??? Them days are long gone,you only have one job to do and is to make a sandwich,still mess it up,where else can u work at??? I remember when FAST FOOD was actually fast and ACCURATE orders.This is exactly why ppl rather go to a steakhouse,spend the xtra $$ but get great food.

I’m a truck driver, and I stopped at two Burger King locations around midnight to get some food. Since the lobbies were closed, I parked my semi in the lot and walked up to the drive-thru window—because my truck can’t fit under the canopy.
I explained my situation clearly, but both locations refused to serve me simply because I was walking. I wasn’t trying to cause trouble—I just wanted to eat. They offered no solutions, no flexibility, and no basic customer service.
I get that rules exist, but treating someone who’s working through the night with zero understanding? That’s just bad service. Burger King needs better late-night policies for truck drivers and people who don’t fit in a drive-thru lane.

I have only visited this location once, but I had a great experience. I placed a mobile order and when I showed up they were out of one of my items and instead of directing me back to the website for a refund they gave me multiple options for an intstant replacement. I am impressed.
