The food and service was excellent at La Casa Blanca. They offer happy hour Tuesday-Friday from 4-6 pm. I had the taco combination plate with rice and beans and it was delicious. They have good salsa, chips and margaritas. I would highly recommend La Casa Blanca.

This place on the east side of McQueen between Chandler Heights and Riggs looks like a small White House and has lots of parking in the back. The service was good, the chips and salsa were flavorful but not spicy, the portions were fair for the price and you can ask for jalapeños if you want more heat.

This spot is on the east side of McQueen and looks like a little white house with plenty of parking out back. It was not very busy on a Thursday and they offer indoor and outdoor seating with a bar and TVs plus good service and solid chips and salsa. The portions matched the prices the food was what we expected and while it could use more heat you can add jalapeños and it is a good option for the area.

Plenty of parking lot for a meeting spot, smaller establishment but utilizing space as best as possible. The servers were undergoing training and doing their best. Many items were out of stock so premium upgrades were used in place. Margaritas were good and so was the rice and enchiladas. Didn’t care for the chips and dip. Overall would be back for some good food if in the area.

It’s nice to see this place still around after a while. The patio is beautiful for cooler weather and the chips and salsa are always a hit especially if you like it spicy. The food was hot, tasty and plenty enough to take home with great service and atmosphere.

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited 20 mins till we got chips tried to order our drinks and were told someone will be with us soon. That soon didn’t happen for another 20 minutes, ordered the drinks and waited about 15 minutes for that. Then to not get anyone for another 30 minutes after we already had asked for more chips and got nothing we ordered. 45 minutes later our server came out explaining how they did not have hamburger meet to make three of our orders. We got the other food before anyone even had a chance to decide what they wanted instead, after everyone was done eating then we got the others food. After trying to speak with our server she then wanted to be rude to us and say that they are understaffed and there are other tables that exist. I understand on a Saturday night anywhere I’d going to be busy but sitting and watching everyone else getting everything right after they ask. I work in the food industry I understand the flow but everything about the situation was calm until we asked and explained we instantly got shut down.

Used to love this place and now the service is so bad. We attempted to eat here Friday night and was told it would be a 40 minute wait due to short staffed and they were busy, so we left. We went back Sunday night and we were seated right away. It took 30 minutes just to get chips, salsa, guacamole and drinks. We placed our food order when we finally got the chips and drinks. We ran out of chips and salsa 20 minutes later, no one came to check on us. There were only 5 tables filled in the back. We waited another 20 minutes on top of that before we told them we were leaving. The food is great but the service ruined it. The table next to us also asked to speak with a manager to complain about the service.

The food was amazing. I am a little bit of a Mexican food snob as I live in a community where there are many Hispanics and therefore many authentic Mexican restaurants.
They could easily compete with the restaurants I have eaten at.

Service was excellent. Our server was a young man, I believe, Gabe. Very helpful, sweet, and gave just the right amount of attention to our needs.

I love the Hispanic vibe they presented and the painting on the wall was tastefully displayed.

When I come back into town, it is on my list of places to revisit!

Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Popped in for the first time as it looked like a solid place with a great outdoors. A bit to hot to enjoy the outside so sat at the bar.

Tortilla soup was anything but authentic but was actually decent just more of a stew.

Steak tacos were better than expected. Good flavor in the meat and the Avocado salsa it comes with was good and pretty spicy.

All country music when I was there and the service was a bit slow although it got decently busy for 1 server.

May go back to try again at some point but not going out of my way. Place has a lot of potential.

I’ve been eating at La Casa Blanca since it very first opened. As a matter of fact, I remember when it really was a White House and people lived in it!
I especially like the atmosphere on the patio and the front bar/dining area. The back dining room doesn’t have as good of a vibe. The patio has outdoor fireplaces and lots of trees and shade.
Our server was a great young lady. Friendly and efficient! Kept the chips, salsa and beverages full at all times.
The chips aren’t as thin as I like but they’re good. The salsa is quite spicy…not pico.
I ordered my regular, Pollo Fundido, and my husband ordered Enchilada Blancas with chili verde. We split our two dishes and I preferred his! I’d order that again! I feel like the portion sizes here have shrunk since I last ate here.
My dad had the Sonoran Enchiladas and my sister had chicken fajitas. We all enjoyed the meals but I can’t say this is my favorite Mexican food. I have other restaurants I like better.
It was my dad’s birthday so they gave him a complimentary dessert!
