Our passion for fresh food comes from our founder, Mary Vasquez. Throughout her childhood in Central Mexico, she cooked with her mother and grandmother, helping to prepare family meals. When she moved to the States, she married Mike, had children of her own, continuing to make her favorite recipes from her childhood. In 1973, Mike and Mary took over an existing restaurant in Corona, CA and renamed it “Miguel’s” in honor of Mike’s grandfather. Today this family tradition continues. It is our promise to deliver the freshest, best tasting California Mexican food each and every day at all of our Miguel’s Jr. locations.

This place used to be great! Now they give you bare minimum if that for food! The service was absolutely terrible! Went through the drive through. They had every single care “park in the front” to the point where there wasn’t anywhere to park! There were 5 cars ahead of us and 3 behind. I noticed they had one person going to each window and asking if what she has was their food… then she took the bag back inside and would come out again… I finally went inside. There were 5 bags of food sitting there…. I asked for my food and told them they really should have everyone park out front like that if they don’t know what they’re doing! Bean and rice and cheese burrito was great. 1st time here and inwas impressed with there food….since I was fasting meat/ chicken i the bean and cheese burrito was in my diet frame and I enjoyed very much. Drive through person was cool very helpful in my choice..

It was my first time trying Miguel’s Jr.. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I decided on the 2 choice plate with shredded beef taco, beef enchilada, that comes with rice & beans. The taco was crispy, and the beef was seasoned perfectly, and meat was tender and delicious. The rice and beans were good, too. I will definitely be back again to try other things.

First time visiting Miguel’s Jr Fontana restaurant. We were there around 03:45 pm. Inside of restaurant was very clean. Plenty on workers working this shift. Employees were very friendly and provided us great service. Our meals were fresh and delicious. Keep up the great teamwork at Miguel’s Jr Fontana. We definitely will visit this restaurant location again.

We had a chilie verde burrito and carne asada street tacos. Both dishes were far superior than a lot of pricey restaurants. They were so good. The service was great and the restaurant was sparkling clean!

Need better employees. I was waiting in line and understand they close at a certain time but waiting there for 15 mins + is ridiculous. We passed by the window and the employees were just laughing, like what’s so funny?? If y’all don’t want to work then just quit.

Wow! What a great find! The food is really great (love the street tacos), prices are sooooo decent and of course plenty of parking! The lady there was really sweet and helped us out with our order! Highly recommend!! Awesome job!!

Not the best experience. Wanted to give it a try out and ordered the taquito plate and when it got to me it wasn’t even warmed up right. The cheese was cold & hard & my beans still needed to be warmed up for much longer. Most people want their food to be hot and steamy when it arrives to them, it was like they didn’t even try or care. Plus they charged for extra for a plate that I didn’t even want. Won’t be coming back the line outside is ridiculous for the way the food and customer service is, Definitely NOT WORTH IT.

The one I go to in Fontana is so great. I enjoyed seeing all of the Halloween decorations! They did a good job this year
