Came in here today to get my breakfast and coffee in. McDonalds got the best coffee.
I ordered a hashbrown and a large coffee. They always come through with the good coffee and food.
Will stop by again when I’m in the area. Ordered at the kiosk and service was fast and efficient.

Im not the one to write reviews on any place but i stopped here with enough time to eat inside the lobby … We ordered and the staff took a while taking our food out which we had no problem with. We got the food and within less than 10 minutes i believe the manager looked at us from the counter saying to “hurry up because the lobby is closed and it should of been cleaned already .” We eat and try to throw our trash away and refill a drink the manager while sitting on the counter kicking her feet talks to another employee loud enough to hear “they see him mopping omg.” While rolling her eyes. I understand if they were closing or close to closing but a little heads of would of been nice about the timing especially since it took a while to get our food out. We were traveling and this was not a good experience at all. I hope this place improves its customer service because I know mcdonalds thrives on their service.

Do not stop here! Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a McDonald’s, and that is saying a lot.
They let you purchase (nonrefundable) drinks knowing their carbonation does not work. So you can get a horrible tasting soda or tea. No other options. But they don’t tell you that even when you order a Coke.
Their buns are as hard as a rock. Absolutely unbelievably terrible.

Fast food at it’s finest…
This location was quicker than it’s sister 2 exits up I20 but, it wasn’t as fast as McD’s used to be. The food was good. The cost was about the norm. The portion sizes have changed over the past few years but, that’s been standard across all restaurants. We will stop I’m again sometime and see if it’s any quicker.

The management and leadership of this place is really really amazing and they do not at all at all at all. Make white people feel any more comfortable than any brown or any black employees working they do not exclude them. They do not make them feel like they don’t belong they are not they do not give them a hard time. This does not happen with the employees and it certainly does not happen with the customers and I really appreciate that the leadership and management make sure that there’s respect love and care for every single person, regardless of the color of their skin whether they’re black or white or blue or yellow or purple for that matter and they’re really caring and nice and respectful to all, and do not discriminate or give advantages to people that might be White or anyone else they’re very fair. They’re very honest and they’re very just and there’s no pulling leg of any employees are making them uncomfortable or going extra mile to make people of color or Black people feel uncomfortable. They also don’t give extra extra extra benefits and extra extra love for all the white folks that come sit at the place for long hours and stare at other customers excessively. They make sure that everyone comes at McDonald’s is loving, caring, kind, and compassionate and respectful of all the customers and there’s no overly aggressive, aggressive intimidating vibes from anyone which is really appreciated. The management goes a long, long, long way to make sure that everyone feels safe, comfortable and welcomed in the place, which is really appreciated. Thank you so much the leadership and management and even at the corporate level and at the store level this is made sure that happens. Thank you so much for bringing this making this a family oriented, nice caring, loving respectful place you guys are awesome amazing thank you so much for all you do and take it easy as well because you deserve to have a McDonald’s break.

The service is worse than anything or anywhere! They ignored me for 10 minutes then tell me the app isn’t working while im waiting in the pickup area. Then by that time they’re throwing breakfast away. Wasting people’s time. That pisses me off. The employees(morning shift) is horrific.

9-7-19 Monday 4:30 pm. First time at this location. The restaurant looked different then others I’ve been to. More modern. The lady I met was polite and helpful with choosing my order. The location could have been cleaner. It wasn’t horrible just some food under tables and chairs from messy people. Easy fix.. The foods consistency was similar to all the other locations I’ve been to. “At the time” I came to this location it was overall not bad and I would return to this location. I’ve read other post and did not experience some of their problems they experienced in the past today. If anything changes in future visits I’ll Rerepost.

Came in today about 8:45AM and used my points for a large caramel frappe. I would like to add the young lady with the glasses at the register was sweet to us. Today, they barely put any caramel drizzle on my drink and I asked if they could add a little more. The manager Mary, proceeded to debate with me and did not want to honor my request and walked off. She acted like I asked for a ridiculous request. She said it’s supposed to be shaped in a M and it’s barely that. This is my first time hearing this. She seemed as though she didn’t want to be bothered and I left confused about the “M” part. Adding the other picture for a comparison reference to my drink. It’s how they drizzle a frappe any other time, except today I guess. The other picture does not have a “M” drizzle either. I think she was just a bit grouchy this morning, but still her behavior is unacceptable. I come regularly and never had these issues with any of the other managers.

Fairly standard McDonalds, just what we needed passing through on a long drive. Staff was friendly enough, facilities were clean, and food was ready in good time.
Ordered a meal deal (cheesburger, 4pc nuggets, and fries), a large double quarter pounder meal, a small Mcflurry, and a pumpkin & cream pie. All were up to standard and hit the spot.
