So, after dropping off the vintage Villit-Hykoo Scramtracker to this Boner Indabox dude from Craigslist, I went Lickity Split straight to McDonald’s for a couple of deluxe burgers and fries! Claims it’s 24 hours but they’re not even open. Arrived at 2:21AM and the menus at the drive thru weren’t even on. I don’t know what’s going on here but this is pretty annoying especially when google says it’s 24 hours.

Disappointing and Inconsistent Service
I rarely leave complaints, but after repeated issues, I feel compelled to share my experience at this McDonald’s.
Order accuracy is a constant problem—almost every other visit results in a mistake, forcing me to double-check my food. Mornings are equally frustrating, as the store frequently opens late despite a 5:30 AM start time. Worse, employees often leave the speaker on just to tell customers they’re still closed, rather than offering an ETA.
Portion sizes are another disappointment, with fries consistently underfilled and condiments treated like rare commodities—you practically have to beg for ketchup.
The lack of reliability, inattentive staff, and subpar service make this one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve encountered. I truly hope management addresses these issues, as this is far from the standard customers expect.

I came in here after my car broke down in the parking lot and they were very kind, offered a free iced water, and a place to charge my phone. Wonderful service I was having a hard moment and yall made it easier ♥️ Also very clean and they had cute halloween decorations. Great location

When you go to McDonald’s it’s sort of like eh, this is just McDonald’s, right? There’s a level of service that you just don’t expect because it’s a national chain and you feel as if they don’t really . But this was . And that was the feeling we got when we asked for three caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle. Which we quickly realized It was nothing more than a glorified milkshake with literally no espresso in it. The driveway clearance height is not enough for our nonemergency medical transportation sprinter van to go through the driveway so we are inconvenienced with getting out which is a challenge for people with mobility issues . The parking lot does have ADA compliant parking but a lot of it is close to the drive-through specialty order or pick up order areas which make it tough for us to pull out our ramp. This was going to be an awful visit except The game changer was the attitude of the server who was kind enough to see that we need an extra help and assisted us through the entire process.

Per McDonald’s standard. It is close to the freeway and other shops, although mostly for car transients. There’s ample big parking spaces, good for big trucks. Some trash on the premises with a run over pole in the drive thru. It’s also nice to see that they have some flowers blowing in this warmer hill area. There’s hardly any shade, so they appeared to be waterd carefully.

I had to repeat myself twice due to too many people speaking into the employees head set. I gave a coupon for buy one get one sandwich. The manager came over took my receipt. Then told me I have to take the receipt to the store I got the receipt at. Took my receipt and still charged me for both sandwiches. I found the manager to be unprofessional and rude.

THIS PLACE IS ONE AMAZING MCDONALD’S AND THE WORKERS ARE AMAZING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO SWEET AND KIND. I HAD LEFT MY WALLET THERE AND COULDN’T REMEMBER IF I LEFT IT THRE OR NOT SO I DROVE BACK FROM HOME IN VAC AND THANK GOD THEY HAD IT AND THE MANAGER HAD PUT IT IN THERE SAFE KEEPING. SUCH A BLESSING I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU AND THIS MCDONALD’S NEEDS A BIG BIG PRESENT.
