Had a good visit. Have not been in a while. Server Anna? was so good. She offered the right suggestions and engaged at just the right level. Food was for the most part tasty.i could nitpic but not too bad. The southwest egg rolls brought me in but had a slight off taste to them. the sliders were tasty, the ‘dillas were dry but not bad. Get the chilli queso it’s great!

My friend and I came in for lunch! Trinity was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out exactly right, and she checked on us just the right amount. She had a great attitude and made our experience at Chili’s even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. We will definitely be asking for Trinity again on our next visit!

Came in last minute with a group of 15 plus, our server and hosts had no hesitation to seat us and serve us with a warm smile. Our server Vaun was the absolute most pleasant server, and very friendly. Absolutely do recommend eating here! Great food and excellent service.

Our server was the best! Came to celebrate a birthday. Even though they called in advanced the server nor Chili’s prepared, bit our server Vaun was quick and friendly. Vaun was a great host, if anything i would go back just for his service! He even learned new language while having fun with us.

The food was pretty alright. Not wow factor, but not bad at all.
BUT, my server, I think her name was Lauren, has been great! She was attentive, kind, paid close attention from a distance and anticipated the needs of our table. She provided the best service that I’ve gotten to experience in quite a while. I hope she’s treated as an asset, because she is one.

I went to dine in with my family the other day and had the best food and service! Vaun (sorry for the incorrect spelling) was our server and he was fun, personable, helpful, and made sure we were taken care of. We appreciated him so much and had a great experience! Thank you, Vaun!

We went there about 11:30 on a weekday. The place was empty…maybe two tables. We were seated immediately. Two employees were standing a short distance away from us, discussing…I’m sure…how to better serve customers. However, after an uncomfortable 5 to 7 minutes of not being attended to (no water, no menus, nothing) we got up and left. Couldn’t tell you how the food was, because they obviously weren’t interested in serving it to us or taking our money.

I’m not too difficult of a guy to impress, but also am a guy that doesn’t notice much that stands out, but what stood out to me was the amazing customer service. The waiter immediately and kindly adjusted my order to my needs and was friendly the whole time even though my order was a bit difficult, and when I got the triple dipper, it was amazing, made my mouth water to look at, and tasted absolutely phenomenal, definitely would recommend this place!

If you’re looking for a quick snack or an all out dinner, Chili’s has you covered. The vibe and atmosphere is great. If you can sit at the bar and have Ryleigh serve you drinks, I 100% recommend doing so. She’s very attentive and will take care of you the entire time you’re there. 10/10 will be back!!!
