I had a pick up order and it was ready when I arrived. Staff was great and brought out my food promptly. Drinks are always on point! Ordered a BLT and it was just sad. I will not order it again and decided not to eat it. Outside was clean but there’s not really much they can do about the homeless that hang around this location.

Disappointing. Cold food. Not fresh. Slow service. I grew up eating sonic and they don’t have them in my area, so I was excited to see a sonic on my way to grants grove. This location had nothing I love about Sonic. The restaurant was slow, we were the only car parked there. The person that took our order was snippy. Our food took a long time to arrive, which I would have been fine with if it meant they were making it fresh, but they were not. My tator tots were cold. They did not bring us straws, ketchup, or napkins with our order. The credit card processer at the ordering stand was not working. They took our card inside and said they would return with our receipt ketchup and straws and napkins. After around 10-15 minutes I got out of the car and walked up to the front to see if they had a window I could follow up with, and they came outside and said sorry about the delay their credit card processer wasn’t working. I have trouble believing that because as we were waiting other cars were going thru the drive thru. Unless they all paid cash then the card processer was working and they just forgot about us. The cherry limeade has a ton of cherry and no lime flavor. The chicken tenders was just 1 giant piece of chicken. The tator tots were cold. The burger was cold and dry and the lettuce on the burger was old and had brown edges. This is definitely not anything like the type of food the sonics I know and love and have in Texas. Very disappointing especially after I convinced everyone in the car to come here instead of McDonald’s saying it would be better.

The 5 stars is mostly the service, first time going, the girl who dropped off my food very friendly and nice, gave me the food and told me have a nice day and I haven’t even paid, the food is good, I always get the taters with a double mashed, really good, and I like the always put a salt an mint, the 4 times I have gone it’s always a good experience. Same girl always smiling while delivering my food.
Today not so good, they gave me a large coke but in reality is just soda water because the girl was lazy and not honest ro say they ran out of it. I mean if they made me wait already for 10 minutes but I guess its easy to lie about it.

The cheese sticks were nice and hot, so the cheese melted!

Very poor customer service, they refused to take my order in the drive through after I asked for a second to look at the menu. Will not be returning and will tell my friends/family to not return as well

We were on our way back from a road trip and never had Sonics so, we eagerly stopped by. Well…Bad service. Long wait time. And our servings were definitely off. The “strawberry cheesecake shake” was basically vanilla. The sandwiches we got were dry. I guess we aren’t stopping at Sonics ever again.

Worst mozzarella sticks & fries I’ve ever ordered. They never have good cooks. Waste of money I just threw it all away & had to order elsewhere, don’t come here unless you want your food made horribly.

Consistently the slowest service I have ever received. There are multiple times I’ve just driven off because I’ve waited 10+ minutes at the voice box to order & they are behind. This last time I drove across the street to Carls Jr. and got my food before the person who was behind me in line at Sonic.

Sonic blast so thick it should have been served in a carton and they were out of spoons so we had to use a fork,. Fries weren’t fresh, and she didn’t give us napkins. There food is good but they better step their game up before this place goes out of business and that would suck cause people do like this place. It’s a hit & miss sometimes
Went through today and the same thing the fries weren’t hot or fresh and customer service was as stale as the fries. Sad, cause they could do better & hire people that actually care about the reputation of the business
