We had an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful meats and great side dishes that made every bite more than perfect.
A special shoutout to the manager, Kelvin, who truly made our visit exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and provided the best service we could’ve asked for. We’ll definitely be back!

Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ is an amazing place! The food was delicious, the meat was fresh and well-marinated. The best part was the service — our server Jakob was very friendly, professional, and attentive. He explained everything clearly and made sure we had a great experience. We got a bunch of food such as sushi, fried rice, a couple meat dishes, salads, soups and smores at the end. Food was tasty and arrived quickly. Ambience is nice with it being darker inside and there are restrooms, a lot of tables and such.
Besides that though, the service wasn’t great. The 2 servers that came by our table never smiled, forgot when we requested extra silver wear and bowls, and just seemed like they’re mind was in another world.

Gyu- Kaku Cold Sake is a must try. The unfiltered sake had Milky taste with hints of sweetness.
Outstanding service. Anna was very polite and helped with menu selections.

Kelvin, the restaurant manager, provided great customer service for our group of 10 and he was great with our kids too. Attentive service and food came out quickly (we chose the all you can eat menu). Our group was seated in a nice private area toward the back which was perfect for our kids too. Food quality is excellent and meat perfectly marinated. Overall an excellent experience and will be returning in the future!

Food was delicious service was Great! Jacob is very attentive and very helpful as this was our 1st time trying Gyu-Kaku. Garlic Rice, Skirt Steak, Bistro Hanger Steak and Umakara Ribeye were among our favorites but truly, everything was delicious and we cant wait to come back for more.

This is a great place if you’re going with a group. Food is amazing and high quality, if you don’t spend the money on supreme, you can still order the upper tier items separately. The staff is super friendly whether it’s your server or the bar staff. Especially Ashton, made sure our group was well taken care of. Whether it was getting us our food or changing the grill, he made sure to we were well serviced. When it came time for dessert he made sure everybody had an ice cream and even brought out a candle for our friend who we were celebrating. I would highly recommend this restaurant and if you can ask for Ashton.
