Came in one Saturday afternoon looking to spend a little downtime before dinner We got a Cuervo marg and a Long Island iced tea with some waffle fries (not pictured). Our server, chloe, was very attentive and charismatic. Great pour on the margs! Would come back during happy hour.

Came on a chilly day but the clubhouse grille sure was hot! My server was Sumyah and she was great. I always ask for her when I visit because she is the absolute best. The managers, James and Lana were on point and visible. Definitely the best restaurant around and I will be back

The food was delicious. Every order was on par. Service was really good, friendly, and fast. I haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in over 15 years and for my first time coming back to it, I have nothing but praise for this place. My riblets were perfect, the fries were crispy, and the chicken was crunchy and juicy. The salad was amazing as well.
We went to Chili’s the week before and it was awful, which my review that day reflected. I won’t go into detail but we’ll never go there again.
Applebee’s has a great atmosphere, fair prices, friendly employees, and delicious food. I’m looking forward to our next visit and leaving there with a happy and full stomach.

My husband and I ordered the 9 oz sirloin and was almost raw when I got mine and there is no way they were 9 oz.. My husband was suppose to have onions and mushrooms but they only gave him 1. Someone needs to learn how to cook steak because they wasn’t good at all. We spent $50 here and left still hungry. The food was just crap. Won’t be back, that’s for sure

Food was good, it came out fast but we were missing a few items and we had to ask for it a couple of times and we were finally told they were waiting on it to finish cooking. But over all everything was good, it was a bit loud but I guess that’s to be expected when there is a full bar. But I do recommend it

This is a nasty place to eat. Ordered water with lemon and lemons were rotting. Then the server said he cut 9 lemons and picked out good looking ones from the rotting ones. Asked for salads to come out after the appetizer and the server said he’ll definitely do that and he brought them out with the appetizer and after the lemons were rotting I decided to not trust any food there and the manager Shawna was really nasty and instead of trying to fix it she picked up the food and told me to have a good night.

First time visiting this location. Our waitress Tara was so sweet and personable, she joked around with us, which made our dinner very nice and relaxing. Our Rib platter and chicken and shrimp platter were very tasty. The atmosphere was very nice.

Overall we had a decent experience! I gave only 3 stars for food for a few reasons. There were 4 of us. Myself and another person had the new grilled cheese cheeseburger on potato bread. The server described the sweet and savory bacon jam, as a sweet BBQ, but didnt taste like a BBQ at all. However, the bacon jam did pair pretty well with the sandwhich. The entire sandwich was luke warm. The potato bread was a little soft. It wasn’t grilled to perfection with that nice crispy, but soft crunch you would expect to get from a grilled cheese. The tomato and basil soup that came with it had good flavor, but it too was just barely warm. The other two had steaks, a six Oz and an eight oz sirloin. Apparently the cook doesn’t know what well, well, well done and medium well are. The server and us even joked about it, and that was what he said he was putting the well 3 times. Anyway, the well done came out just done and a part of the 6oz still had some pink in it. The medium well, which should be a light pink, was more like medium rare. The sides which were red skin mashed and fries were as you can guess, just luke warm! Anyway, our server was really nice, and did a good job, but we will chalk it up as maybe the cook was new, or having an off day. Had our food been at least hot I still would have given more stars. To add it wasn’t busy in there either! We stopped after a high school bowling tournament! Overall it was ok, not horrible and we had the 2 for 25 and upgrade, so still way better than fast food for flavor and price!

Recently went into this location and sat at the bar. The bartender Stephanie took great care of me and made me a really good drink. I got the spinach dip and it was cold and the chips thst came with it were stale. She apologized and took it to the kitchen to have a fresh one made.
She said she would get a manager for me but came back without one. She said the manager was in the office and told her to just “comp it off”. I was ok with that but wanted to know why the manager couldn’t be bothered to come speak to me. She said the manager was quitting soon. Apparently the manager couldn’t care less about the experience the guests have. Good riddance then!
The rest of my food and drinks were good and I will be back to see Stephanie. Hopefully this place gets better management soon

Went tonight and Cody was our server. He was friendly. Didn’t write our order down and literally nothing of our table of 4 came out right. Waited for our food for at least 35 minutes (it wasn’t busy) then had to wait another 15 or so for my child’s Mac and cheese. Takes 5 or less minutes to fix. Better service during these issues could’ve fixed a lot. Also, it’s Applebees so obviously I don’t go in with huge expectations. However, I will drive to Elizabethton because it seems like every time we’ve come to Johnson city location, we leave unhappy and still hungry. Do better!
