Had breakfast at IHOP Huntingdon. Lots of omelette choices and big portions. Coffee was good and the service was friendly. A nice spot for a relaxed meal.

Food was great! Everything was alright until we paid our check.
I usually like to enjoy my coffee after eating but suddenly out of nothing a lady covering the manager ( assistant manager) approached to us and told us to leave , she grabbed our coffee mug and glass of water and told us to leave.
That was very rude from her Cz we told her we were not done yet .
Then she constantly started walking and looking at us rolling her eyes, making us feel very uncomfortable.
This is very disappointing because every single Sunday we go eat our breakfast to every different ihop location.
This is an episode that we never expected.

DO NOT GO THERE . COOKS LEAVE HAIR IN FOOD
Went in yesterday and not one but 2 hairs on my food . Waiter took away pancakes and didn’t bring back nor took anything off the bill
Absolutely disgusting. Waiter was rude and the music from the kitchen was super loud . Go to Commack ihop for hair free food . Waiter was no help in situation . 49 dollars later

We arrived at 8am & left in 45 mins…that’s how fast we received our meals. I ordered waffle with fresh Blueberries, turkey sausage & shredded homefries, green tea w/ honey. My husband had chicken & waffles w/ orange juice. Everything was delicious!!! Will recommend if you are in the area. I am from NYC so I’m usually skeptical about food outside of NYC but food & service was on point.

Ordered steak tips and eggs. Got a cooked piece of dirty sponge. It was hairy, wet and smelled like dish liquid and mold. The server tried to explain how “fresh” their mushrooms and insisted it was dirt instead ! Wow. Was that supposed to be better? Zero sympathy or apologies after I mentioned it, just took it off the check and carried on.

If you go for breakfast try to go at like 9 Am-ish. It can get very packed early if you are going for table of 2 you can get seated quickly. Staff is awesome and food is great.

My 3 month old son got denied service! No strollers apparently. Never heard of this store policy.
The store was empty and multiple tables open. They didn’t even try for a accommodation. They just said “sorry we cant bring in the stroller. Unless there’s a way for you guys to take out the baby” are you kidding me? A sleeping 3 month old and you want him sitting in a booth?!?! Or else we’re not allowed in?
Thanks alot ihop! Will make sure our friends and family never return. You guys just lost a forever customer.
