When given my bag, I asked them if I could have the fries that I ordered. He’s gonna tell me this was my order. And instead of arguing and having my food spit in, I decided to just take it and walk on and know not to come here again inside the store. There’s dirty cups food everywhere very filthy in the dining area.

This is why nobody wants to come here employees just lounging around doors locked before 9pm manager no where to be found drive thru back up into the street the store and counters can be seen through drive thru dirty as hell. And the employees have no clue what they are doing.

Been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting to order. FINALLY the guy in front of me gets to give his order and the man tells him they only have hot sauce. I want mild sauce but im willing to try it. Then I pull up and the same man says, “I’ll be with you shortly.” FINALLY he said can I help you? Thanks anyway. Where have your hands been for the last 45 minutes? No thanks!! 45 minutes in the drive thru line to leave with no food. Perhaps managers will look at these reviews and check the cameras to see what they paid these people to do for the last hour cause they sure weren’t making the story any $$… only costing it money.

I came 3 times in a week and twice their system was down and couldn’t serve me. Then the third time I waited at the drive thru and no one talked to me even though they were open. I love Taco Bell but this one has horrible service

if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I’m completely disgusted with the quality of my food. my crunch wrap was an absolute mess. The drinks tasted like water, the store was out of ice, and the food was under room temperature.
Worst of all, I did not receive what I paid for because they were “out of the product.” i’ve never left a review in my life, but this was the worst experience i’ve ever experienced.

I went in and 3 people was working on the one kiosk that ended up working eventually. I asked if i could order at the register and they said no I had to order at the kiosk. I could not find what I wanted on it so I left and went to another Taco Bell where people work and not socialize. I normally don’t give bad reviews. I really hate to but it was ridiculous. BTW there was 3 tables on one side and 3 on the other. None in the middle.

No waiting to order, but when I got to the window, there was a long wait to get my food even though it was actually sitting there. Gave payment, but also waited for change. Seemed like the employee was at the end of his shift and was waiting for his replacement, but not finishing the orders right in front of him! Food was lukewarm at best.

Just ordered $80 worth of items. 5 items were completely missing, the food was cold, and the cheese smelled like chemicals or a VERY dirty grill (Grilled cheese burrito and Cantina Tacos). This is the worst Taco Bell I have been too in my 30 years on this planet. Do better.

This place is a joke!! I waited over 15 minutes for 3 side orders of chicken (my dog loves it) and a grilled cheese burrito – the burrito didn’t have ANY cheese on it . . . literally NONE!! I had to go back because I didn’t get my iced-tea and the princess at the window was filing her nails, seriously, filing her nails. The phone was busy for over one hour then I just gave up!! Hey Taco Bell do better!!!
