Service was great. Friendly. The food is not as it used to be. Not saying it is the fault of this particular location per say. The cheeseburger is as thin as paper, no juices whatsoever. Barely a continent condiment and the onion we’ve been accustomed to for 53 years. The fries (well, whatever they are at this point) were good and fresh. We really don’t go to McDonald’s but a couple times a year because of all the ingredients.

This has to be the worst managed McDonald’s in the state .
Every time I go in they can’t make my order , they are out of something or machines are broken. Employees don’t care and would rather have food fights with McNuggets than taking care of customers. The franchise owner should be aware of what is happening at this location. It’s so bad I usually go across the street to their competitor rather than being told they don’t have or cannot make my order . The employees do not offer an apology just “ we don’t have it “ or “ we can’t make it . Fix the machines already . Not being able to get a coffee with a breakfast meal is unacceptable. And stop the food fights , especially in front of customers standing in plain sight . It’s disgusting and not up to health code .

I have not seen a MCD as bad as this one.
I was picking up an online order in drive through. They could not find my order for at least 15 minutes. Apparently it was similar thing happening in the other drive through lane. There were many cars lined up behind. Drivers were honking. They finally asked what my order was and told me to drive forward. After finally getting my order and drove away, we then discovered that they gave us wrong items and other items missing.
For all of these troubles, none of the 3 employees who spoke with us, expressed any apologies.

Ordered through uber eats last night and not only were items missing, but the food was absolutely horrific. The burgers were terribly overcooked, hard, burnt and cold. The cheese wasn’t melted, it had no toppings on it, the fries were old and cold. Tried to contact the store throughout the night and today and they refuse to answer the phone. I would avoid this location at all costs. They are incompetent. Don’t waste your money. That’s 60 bucks I can’t get back.

If I could give 0 I would. I worked a fast food/drive thru job for years and the service was crap.. I stopped off to get something quick for my children before a ballgame. We pulled up behind a vehicle at the speaker that swiftly pulled up to the first window. We were told “one moment” which resulted in us sitting for five plus minutes with my severely autistic child screaming through my car & the speakers. I finally got a response after asking twice over a five minute period & my order could hardly be taken correctly. We finally got to move to the next windows where there was no apologies or explanation by the worker or manager on duty.

Waited almost 30 minutes in line for a burrito meal. People even got out of line. Person collecting money wasn’t very nice, but person at food window was better. It seemed obvious to me they are overwhelmed and understaffed. Food was good, but I got a tiny kid sized drink instead of what usually comes with the meals.

Came here during state testing it was wonderful. I could sit eat inside. It was comfortable jazz was playing. It’s a McDonald’s so there are a few mistakes in the atmosphere and in the food but for a fast food restaurant it’s incredible.

Im not sure this location tries very hard. I’ve been to some McDonald’s where, even though its fast food, I was like oh wow, this is great. This is not one of those locations. This one is doing the bare minimum to get by and it shows.

Rude!! The manager with the raccoon eyes named Dominique I think needs to be fired. She’s rude and angry. I added mayo to my burger and they only put mayo on it . Once I brung it in she told them to add ketchup and mustard then when she brung it to me I had my hand out waiting on it & she just slammed it on the counter and walked away. Very rude!! If you don’t like your job find something else to do

As a former restaurant manager from years ago the customer interaction has disappeared. You don’t place the food on the counter,yell what it is,and walk away without a greet and smile. The industry is never to busy to acknowledge each and every customer……that should never change
