Zero. Long service. Ordered a smasher. And guess what. They smashed it up like dog food. The store employees really knows how to tell you they don’t like you. They really need new staff or to be closed . Either way this isn’t Sonic’s brand and it’s ruining most of rochesters experience
Original order double smasher with extra smasher sauce.
I got about 15 fries and they had a nasty processed after taste. They seemed over done as well. The burger was a double cheeseburger but they are so smashed and over done and not even big enough for the bread. It also had a funny after taste and not that of dill. Finally the dill pickle lemonade bubble drink was not good until I put some tequila in it. All in all for the cost of over $18… I would never go back to Sonic Burger. I couldn’t even eat it all. My dog wouldn’t even eat the burger. I had to throw it away. Disgusting I should go get my money back.
It was heartbreaking to see that the entire restaurant was being run by only two people. They were absolutely slammed, juggling car after car while still keeping smiles on their faces. You could tell they were working non-stop, hustling as fast as humanly possible and still making the effort to be friendly and professional. These two employees were a perfect example of dedication and hard work, but they were clearly underwater.The food was correct but barely warm by the time it arrived — honestly, I didn’t even have the heart to send it back or ask for it to be remade hot because those two were already doing everything they possibly could. However, the chicken bites were completely inedible; they looked and tasted like they had been sitting around forever, and the mozzarella sticks were the same way. On top of that, none of my sauces came with the order, which just made the meal even more disappointing.Once again, this is not the employees’ fault. They were doing their absolute best under impossible circumstances. My frustration is entirely with Sonic’s management for allowing this. Running a restaurant on a skeleton crew like that is unfair to staff and customers alike. Absolutely horrendous decision-making on Sonic’s part.
We were attended to well and asked if we were ready to order. the order took about 10 minutes to prepare, the sauce was forgotten but i had no issues getting the sauce by asking for it.
The limeade was great, the fries were acceptable, the chicken was average and the breakfast sandwich was OK.
Overall the food experience was average.
