Buttercloud Café never disappoints! I tried their Eggs Benedict this time — perfectly poached eggs and fresh greens, topped with creamy hollandaise sauce. The flavors were spot on — rich, buttery, and balanced. The side of fresh orange slices was a nice refreshing touch.
We also ordered an omelet with a side biscuit and jam, and it was just as amazing. The omelet was fluffy and flavorful, with melted cheese and diced tomatoes adding a perfect texture. The biscuit was golden, soft, and flaky — easily one of the best I’ve had anywhere!

Probably one of the better breakfasts you can get in Medford. The biscuits are really great too.
Only downer is the hollandaise sauce for the eggs Benedict. No lemon, and they used flour so it was more like yellow gravy.
The Biscuits and gravy was pretty good.
The salmon scramble was probably the best.

I have only tried a latte, a chocolate chip cookies and a pecan sticky bun so can’t fully review the place yet. What I got was ok. I would never suggest it to someone else really. The sit down breakfast menu looks promising so I can’t wait to try that. Overall this place is probably pretty good. I will update later when I try more

This was a quite a gem of a bakery! The service was wonderful, the decor is charming, it’s much larger inside than it seems from outside, the coffee was incredible and the food was absolutely delicious. We were treated to breakfast here by family, but my husband and I will absolutely be back. The espresso pie is heavenly.

Overall, pretty good. They don’t employ enough servers to have great service but the ones who were there were hardworking and friendly. I had the Denver omelette which was okay, a little oily and not much ham. The jam and the coffee were excellent.

Holy smokes this place is outstanding. Yes, the baked goods are delicious, but as a native Texan I was blown away that I had some of the best biscuits and gravy of my life here. That’s is not an easy thing to impress me with. The service was also lightning fast, polite, and felt unrushed despite how close they were to closing. They also are able to cater to dietary needs without issue. Just a gem of a place.

Definitely one of my favorite local bakeries and place to taste delicious baked goods and good coffee. This is a perfect brunch spot as well, the menu offers delicious options, from sandwiches, omelettes, brunch specials, even a section for “light” options if you’re not too hungry. Perfect option when you want to meet up with a friend for coffee. Atmosphere is warm, and family friendly. The staff are awesome and are happy to make recommendations if you’re a first timer.

This used to be one of my favorite breakfast and coffee spots. After my visit today I can no longer say that. With how slow the restaurant was I did not expect to be standing waiting for a table of 1 for so long or for the cold sholder/ignored welcome from most all the staff. The server I had didn’t know the contents of a housemade coffee and made no effort to find out. Server asked me how I liked my food and didn’t even wait for me to answer before walking away. The folks that work here don’t seem to like their jobs as the food, drinks and service was devoid of the love and care it used to hold and stand out with. The building and decor is still lovely with both indoor and outdoor seating.

I went in for brunch with my mother and my partner. We ordered two lattes and one tea, the lattes came out about 10 minutes after ordering. My partners tea didn’t come out until the first plate of food arrived ( about 20-25 minutes after ordering ). My food came out first, my mothers and my partner food didn’t come out for nearly 30 minutes later I tried to wait to eat with them but then of course my food was getting cold. Everyone around us was getting served even people that came in after us. The food was plain. We ordered a banana pie and it is literally all whip cream and a thin layer of banana cream. I had the Bennys plate, my partner had the sausage sandwich and my mom had the works. The service was terrible they never came to check on us not once we had to ask them for napkins and things that we needed but seen them checking on others. I do feel some discrimination went on here. I will never go back here again.

If you are in town, definitely give this place a shot. I ate here for breakfast 2 days in a row when I was visiting Medford. They have a wide selection of breakfast items including in-house bakery. Their ingredients are sourced locally and were all super fresh. They are known for their biscuits and they did not disappoint. Coffee was amazing as well. Next time I visit, I will certainly return.
