I ordered pickup and the food was ice cold when I got it home and every other Mexican restaraunt that I have been to gives at least 4oz of queso and they charged me $5.49 for this little cup?! I don’t think this is even 2oz. Not acceptable! I will not be back! Update: The owner just got back with me and was rude. That is 4oz cup. Thank you is what the owner wrote. I guess you don’t care about customer service and that is NOT 4oz. I can show you the difference. I will NOT be back for sure now!!!

We ordered with door dash and the food we received was great. However, they did not provide the cheese sauce that we paid $5.99 . We used to order from Camillas often but took a break due to the degraded quality of the food and w as tered down cheese sauce. The food was better this time just dissappointed that we did not receive everything we paid for…again.

I place an order over the phone order. I come in to pick up and i give my name and pay for the order. The man than turns and walks back to the kitchen for a few minutes and comes back with a bag. I approach to collect and he says not my order and puts on shelf. He then proceeds to seat 2 tables then finally about 10 minutes later came back to me and said what was your name again. I gave my name again and he then turned 2 steps to the right and grabbed my order. Turned out it had been sitting there since i walked in. Not only was it cold but he forgot to put salsa in the bag. If you really want a real authentic Mexican experience, go to taco bell. It has better service and food.

I have to give mad props for these workers and restaurant as a whole. They go above and beyond to give the greatest service possible. They all seem to love the job they do and don’t mind the last minute walk ins like me and they still have a smile on their faces. I appreciate that for real yall. Keep that up.

Please don’t advertise that you sell 16 oz salsa and chips for 5.99 (or 5.49 or 4.25 depends on which part of the menu you look at) and allow me to pay for it then only give me the chips and small cup that come with a chimichanga. Then tell me it’s not on my ticket when it most certainly is. And THEN say I need to come back later when a manager is there. If the person working the front has no clue what 16 oz is or how to read the receipt or the menu you need someone else up front.
