This is probably the worst Chipotle I have ever been into. All employees here are AW AP hires that stands for anyone with a pulse zero customer service skills. Horrible presentation. It was so bad. I contacted corporate. Take a look at the pictures and tell me you want to see this when you walk into your favorite Chipotle. I even asked for them if they had any fresh peppers and they simply said no and they would not make any. It was so bad I walked out without buying anything.

I truly love this chipotle I ordered 2 burritos and a bowl i arrived 20 minutes late and my food was still warm after my 12 minutes drive home the burritos were beyond delicious there was flavor in every bite not a single ingredient apart from the other everything in one great mix and the bowl oh my lord the meat melted in my mouth and everything was cooked to perfection not to mention still warm after however long it took me to eat my burrito truly this place is the best

Not the freshest chipotle ever but, the guacamole was brown, the rice was in big sticky clumps, and it just didn’t taste fresh. I got to be honest the music was HORRIBLE. And the seat was dirty with lettuce. I literally had to clean my seat just to sit down. Overall it just wasn’t a good experience.

For $38 I would have expected the burritos to be the same size and mine tasted like it had globs of salt in some spots. Pretty unhappy with our pickup order.

we ordered guac and they literally gave us a scoop of guac with a whole pit in it. the carnitas has no flavor, the only thing I enjoyed was the rice and beans. they gave me half a scoop of rice. the salsa verde tastes like mouthwash, and there was lettuce and other food bits in all of the different containers. my mom didn’t get her points bc their system was “down.” service was bad, but they’re all appearing to be teenagers so I can’t blame them. At least we got lots of the nice forks and spoons and napkins.

i come to this chipotle regularly and for some reason recently they have been rushing me so fast i feel like an inconvenience for getting food at a. fast food place ?? i was the only person in line and they kept snapping questions at me and when the man adding my salsas accidentally added a Bunch of corn when i asked instead for more sour cream (very politely, mind you, i work in food service so im always as polite as can be) he acted like i’d ruined his entire day and chucked the bowl in the trash like it’d killed its mother when i asked for it to be remade. continued to even more rudely snap at me if i needed anything else while huffing and making my order (attempting at one point to cut me off before i could ask for lettuce to tell me i was done) and then threw the bowl onto the check out counter. all i had wanted was a little more sour cream on my bowl and i was treated like i had personally insulted him. very rude and unprofessional behavior.

Placed an online order for two chicken bowl with other toppings,I picked up my order and got home,I take my food out and realized there IS NO CHICKEN, called the store and they said to bring it back to correct their mistake. Went back to the restaurant with the order and they make me a new order,I went home,opened my bowl up,I had about 4 bites before I even noticed A FREAKING BUG ON MY FOOD!!!!!
This is a really bad experience and Chipotle has FOR SURE LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!! I am beyond grosed out. It all was a bad experience from the beginning by them messing up my order and having to come back to get a new order only to come home with a freaking bug in my food. I called the store and they gave me a number to call (corporate) to have them help with this issue. IM JUST GROSSED OUT AND DISAPPOINTED. Bad business.

I’m sorry but this place puts an insane amount of cilantro in their race, way more than any other Chipotle location. There are huge chunks of cilantro in the rice too. No idea why they do this but in a lot of cases it ruins the meal.
