It’s unfortunate how they haven’t redone the lane situation yet or this wasn’t thought about during the build of this specific location because I actually won’t eat Chick-fil-A in general because of the his poor design and I’m not gonna sit in line for 30 to 40 minutes for a sandwich sorry I’ll go to the many other surrounding restaurants that you guys have around you canes is right across the street. I could literally sit down and eat at Acapulco and leave before I got through the line here in addition to Culver’s right down the street that has a better business model of bringing out food to customers and having them park adjacent to the business, not holding up the line for an excessive amount of time .

The food was pretty good. My 12ct chick fil a nuggets had 11 in there. That was kind of sad especially with them not being cheap. It’s kind of petty.

Really disappointed with my experience during a dine-in visit. I received an email at 3:18 PM saying my food was ready, and I could see it sitting on the counter behind the employee. When I asked for it, Cadence told me, “This isn’t my station.” I pointed out that my food was right there and explained I was on a short work break and just needed the sauces which were at an arm’s reach, but she still refused saying they had other drive-thru orders to handle.

I asked for a manager, and Carlos came over. Instead of simply handing me my food, he spent nearly five minutes arguing with me while my food just sat there. No apology, no urgency just unnecessary attitude over a simple request.

For a brand that prides itself on hospitality, this was the exact opposite. Poor customer service, zero empathy, and a complete disregard for time or professionalism. You can even see in my photo that the second order screen was clear. My food was ready and they refused to hand it to me.

Edit:
After leaving this honest review, I was surprised to discover that a complete stranger wrote a retaliatory review about me personally, using my name, employer, and even describing my uniform. This individual was not involved in the interaction and made several inaccurate and exaggerated claims that do not reflect what actually happened. I simply asked for my food, which had already been confirmed as ready, during a limited work break. I have a screenshot of when I got to Chic-Fil-A with my drive time and when I left. I used the restroom before sitting down and approaching the counter.
I was waiting for my order when I noticed other people walking out with their food. I also have timestamps of when I arrived at the location and when I left.

It’s disappointing to see someone try to discredit a customer for voicing a valid concern. My experience with the staff at this location still stands: they refused to hand me my ready order, argued with me instead of resolving the issue, and showed no urgency or care for my time. That’s what this review was about, not a personal dispute.

Ordered#2 deluxe, got this instead spicy plain. There was A pickle slice..
For 11 bucks I want what I ordered. No they weren’t busy. Always check your bag. Wrong order no mayo no nothing. Won’t be back

I placed a mobile to go order. When I got there it was not ready and had to pull around to park and wait. I got my food after about a 5 minute wait. When I got home I noticed I was missing the mac and cheese that I paid for. I called to let them know, they apologized and said I would be contacted within 2 to 3 days from the location I visited for a resolution. Its been 4 days and nothing. This was my first and last visit to this establishment. Mistakes happen but you should stand by your word and reach out. Apparently once they get your money your issue doesn’t matter to them.

Read this review . First of all. The wait was extremely long I was waiting nearly 25 minutes for preordered food that should have already been made especially with a 5 minute drive . The service was horrible . One worker did compliment my outfit so props to her but WHY did my food take so long ? Then I get my food and it’s half ass made and it was the WRONG order . Never again will I come here and neither should u. Stick to the one in Roseville

They played very soothing music, it nearly put me to sleep while I munched on my 12ct nugget. Darren, the assistant whom took my order, said “you may refill this sweet tea any time you’d like.” With a big smile on his face, you can tell they don’t beat their employees here as they are glad to assist the customers. Food was very soggy but I’m a soggy guy, I enjoyed it. Maple wood chick fil a will forever remain a staple of the maple wood community, I will cherish it and Darren as long as I live.

I bought a chicken wrap from here today (4/15) and it’s almost all lettuce. There’s hardly one bite of chicken in the whole wrap. Total rip off.

Literally the worst chic-fil-a that I have ever been to. I try to avoid this location and it’s just this location that’s consistently bad. It’s not the food it’s always the employees. If I’m not waiting literally 15 minutes, I’m getting attitude from the employees for no reason. Very off putting for chic-fil-a.
