Always out of biscuits and I always place my order online. I always get extra biscuits for which I pay extra for of course. But NEVER, not once have they gave me a refund for the extra biscuits that I paid for! Never once have they offered anything to make it right. No, its not like I paid a premium price for extra biscuits ($2.25 I think for 1 biscuit) however its the principle.. why would you think a refund shoukd not be issued for items not available? Anyway, other than that the staff typically are very accommodating and customer service skills are great.. Jack’s DO BETTER THO!

This place needs new employees. There was a big line in the drive thru, so we went inside to order. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, and everyone working there looked glum and they were moving around so slow it was almost comical. After we placed our order, we found the cleanest table we could, but every single table had trash and food on them. There was a bunch of trash all over the floor too. We waited so long for our food, we ended up just leaving. There were a bunch people standing in line waiting to order so we didn’t even bother to ask for a refund. What a miserable place!

The food was just okay. I had the big breakfast. They give you a good amount of food for the price and the biscuit and grave was good. The bacon is very thing and not good at all. My husband ordered the smoke sausage biscuit sandwich, it look so old and dried up, he didn’t even it. He went next door to Hardee’s and got there Smoke sausage biscuit. Yo be honest I wouldn’t go there and order breakfast again. The customer service was nice and the food came out pretty fast.

Love Jacks in Prattville, always great service, good food great value….especially love the 4pm start of SUPPER….get chicken fried hamburger patty, and 2 sides…drink, $6.99!!!! You can get other meats as well….really a quick, nice, FAMILY geared meal

This time I tried a chicken sandwich, I wanted another on the menu but wouldn’t be available until tomorrow. The sweet lady who was talking my order apologies for it being on the menu and on a sign out front but not available yet , bummer . I found another chicken sandwich and it was yummy indeed. The ONLY reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because the dining room was dirty. I don’t mean tables that weren’t cleaned off for the patrons, but it felt greasy all over. The floor, the windows sills were really dirty but I just felt it needed a deep clean to give a five stars. Some attention to cleanliness and would be a five star no doubt. In fact, we arrived at another competitor restaurant and left because it was obvious they never cleaned the dining room. I will go back to this one or another Jack’s real soon.

The whole staff acts like they’d rather be anywhere else but work. The burger is greasy as can be. The chicken tenders taste weird. Months ago this was the best fastfood establishment around, today it’s garbage.

I visited the Prattville Alabama location a few nights ago there was one car in the parking lot besides mine when I ordered my food I waited almost 45 minutes before my food arrived there were people in the lobby playing around and dancing and listening to music and talking The lady who took my order had an attitude every time I would try to finish my order she would try to tell me to pull forward cuz I was ordering for me and my kids and my husband she was very rude this location has given me issues before there should be no reason why I should have to wait 45 minutes for my food at a fast food restaurant and they tell me oh we have to cook the french fries The french fries weren’t even done when I got home So I had to finish cooking my french fries for my kids and I ordered a four piece tender meal for my son The tenders were so small it was like crumbs I will no longer go to this location.

Pulled up after a vehicle left drive though. Nothing was said, I waited. Ladies voice came on “Jack’s”. I paused, confused. After a moment I asked, are you ready, she replied “Jack’s”. I felt this was blunt/rude/weird? usually your greeted, or asked if you are ready to order. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Asked for Dr. Pepper light ice, was told that sound was out. Asked for coke instead. Pulled up, paid cash, was handed drink then bag of food. Since I assume fresh chicken takes 3-5 mins to cook, and it had only been 2 minutes since I ordered, it wasn’t fresh. I pulled over in lot, sandwich was room temp, fries were fresh. No reciept was given, no napkins or ketchup(then again I didnt ask for ketchup, so, maybe my fault?). Anyhow it was my first visit to Jacks, and my last. Coming from Florida, going to Arkansas for work
