I’d give this place a solid 4 stars. Food came out hot and fresh, which honestly makes a big difference. The fries were crispy, and the burger tasted just right for a quick stop. Service moved faster than expected, even during a busy hour. Not fancy, but reliable and easy when you need something fast.

The ABSOLUTE WORST McDonalds EVER! No one at this location can read. Every time I come here which is not often. They mess up a simple meal every time. I said a Hamburger kids meal. My kid got a cheeseburger! All those young folks in there And none of them can read? Products of CCPS SAAAD!!!

Most recently, my experiences here have been poorer than usual. The driveway experience is usually fast but the inside counter service is slow and at times inefficient. I have waited over 15 minutes at times for table service that was never delivered. I had to walk to the counter and request my food only to find it sitting in a bag behind the counter. Also, the tables are not kept clean as needed. Lastly, the McRib is highly publicized on TV and at the driveway and in the windows, yet they have not had the sandwich available for at least several days now.
Update Feb 2025 – Why must I ask for my large fries to be filled completely as pictured on the menu. Seemingly, each time I visit this location and order a large fry, they give me a large fry container with a medium fry serving. I have to ask them to fill the fries as pictured on the menu. And even after I ask they still give me a smaller serving size than what’s pictured on the menu. During my last visit today, I returned the fries and asked the young man to please fill the fries and he still handed me a partially filled “large” fry. I have asked this about 10 times now and shouldn’t have to…smh. I’m beginning to not like this location.
Update : April 11, 2025, this is the worse location to buy French fries. They are so cheap with the servings it’s ridiculous. I frequent many locations and this is the absolute worse!!! I do not like this location any longer. They serve small servings in medium and large cartons. You are paying for the cartons size difference but getting the same small size portion of French fries!!

This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. At no point are you ever provided speedy service. The manager spends more time standing outside smoking cigarettes then ensuring that customer satisfaction comes first.

This has to be the worst ran location in Southern Maryland and possibly the whole state of Maryland. I will give them that they are consistent, consistently bad and negligent. 95% of the time I have to pull forward for my order and 95% of the time the order is missing 1-2 items. The quality of the food is subpar compared to other locations and the management of this location has been subpar since I have lived in the area (6 years) better off going anywhere else in the area.

It’s CLEAR they don’t care at this location because of the long string of HORRIBLE reviews. I don’t even know how they’re still in business. I asked for a sausage biscuit 4 times and they still gave me a plain sandwich. I then asked them to fix and they handed me back the SAME PLAIN sandwich. I just asked for my money back at that point and then they didn’t give me my correct amount. So not only are they a trash establishment with terrible customer service, they will also steal your money. I wish I could give 0 stars. I do NOT recommend this location. Complete TRASH!!!!

The older angry short Latin lady with the dyed hair I’m assuming is the morning manager was rude and completely inattentive. Didn’t acknowledge customers or greet us , acted like helping was a chore, with her pushiness I could tell it was more about hear clearing orders off the screen then customer service and made the whole experience unpleasant. Definitely not what you expect from a mature Aged person in management bad example for the employees and a worse representation of Mc donalds !!!!

Today is Nov 2nd around 12:30am, I called about 3-4 times trying to check on an uber eats order and the woman that answered the phone was trying to help funny repeating herself acting like she couldn’t hear me and then she would hang up. She did it every single time I called and I know she did it on purpose because I even called from a different phone and heard the echo of my speaking in the background. She needs to be fired.
