Had a really nice breakfast at Flapjacks Pancake House in Lincoln, NH! The pancakes were fluffy, generous in portion, and exactly what you want after a long drive or morning hike. Maple butter was delicious. We also ordered veggie omelette and it was good as well. The menu has a lot of classic options, and everything we ordered came out hot and fresh.
The atmosphere is cozy and very “New Hampshire cabin” style — great spot for families. Service was friendly and efficient, even though it was pretty busy. Kids loved the train that was going around in the restaurant.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time — it can get crowded, especially on weekends — but overall it’s definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!

WORTH THE WAIT! Both times we’ve been here on vacation there has been a line- but it is 1000% worth the wait!! The food was fantastic, best home fries I’ve ever had, and the entire staff was so kind. There is such a friendly atmosphere and the mission of the Beth Foundation is wonderful. If you have time to wait I would strongly recommend!

This was our second visit to Flapjacks, and my son loved it so much the first time that we had to come back. It was very busy, but no one seemed to mind waiting, even outside in the cold , and then a bit longer once inside. Despite the crowd, everything moved at a steady pace. The staff was very friendly, our waitress was attentive and welcoming, and the food was absolutely out of this world. We only wish we lived closer!

My husband and I were visiting from out of town, and I knew I wanted to try this place out for breakfast. I’m typically an omelet gal when it comes to breakfast places, but when you’re known for your pancakes how do you decline?! We both had their berry pancake special for the day, and boy was it phenomenal. The service was also great and watching the train go around the space was a fun little addon. Despite it being very busy, we only waited about 30 minutes or so. My only suggestion is for them to also sell stickers!

OKAYYY, let’s jump into it! So the pancakes were amazing! Your boy got the blueberry and My Love got the French toast. Our server was knowledgeable and very polite to our group. We loved their train setup! It would go around the whole restaurant which was cute watching the kids run around looking for it. Would definitely recommend going around opening time because there is guaranteed a line out the door!

Flapjacks Pancake House is a must go!! It’s first come, first serve. The line moves fast! We sat at the bar which was a pleasant experience. Our server Del was friendly, funny, and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the #1: One local farm fresh egg: scrambled, sausage, potatoes, and rye toast. The home fried potatoes with sautéd onions were very delicious. We both orderer flapjacks. I got one blueberry and Mike got three stacked chocolate chip flapjacks. They were light, fluffy, topped with delicious cinnamon sugar butter with local maple syrup! Mike also ordered a breakfast sandwich on wheat toast. The bacon was thin, crispy, and sweet. The atmosphere was cozy and mountainy. I would recommend this diner! We had a very pleasant experience and will definitely be coming back!

Went on a Sunday late morning and waited abt an hour. It was worth the wait which honestly in the winter it wasnt too bad ,i took in the beautiful scenery and fresh air while we waited. Food was delicious, everything was good. I loved the northern new england atmosphere, I loved the train track with the little train that goes around the restaurant and the wood burning stove adds a homey touch.

My husband and I were super hyped to try this place. Unfortunately we were left disappointed with our experience. Upon entering we were greeted by a friendly young man and immediately were seated. It took 20 minutes to be acknowledged by an older waitress. In-between waiting, people who came in after us were seated and had already ordered. Once we did order it took another 20 minutes for our food to arrive. Other tables got their meals in half as much time. However, our waitress was super friendly and polite. Portions we feel could be a bit bigger for the price. Meals would had definitely tasted better if it didn’t take 40 minutes to get our food. Totally get the weekend morning rush for breakfast places but when we got here there were only 3-4 other tables. As a breakfast foodie I would recommend the flapjacks/pancakes but everything else average.
