Manager is very rude & discriminatory. There’s absolutely no hospitality or customer service from the current manager here, i will say the host i seen today & the server I had had good service but the manager here is beyond unprofessional and should be removed from this establishment as he has NO interpersonal skills . Today me and a friend came and got drinks , my drink was absolutely terrible so I politely asked the manager (as he was walking through) if i was able to switch it out or not , basically he said no i could change me NEXT drink and i told him okay understandable. After trying the drink again i asked my server if i could have some simple syrup to try to make it better and im assuming she asked the manager to which he respond NO maybe on my next drink. Which i find very rude especially since im willing to pay for it even though 2 pumps of sugar i think should be free especially as a manager of a business you look for a solution but i digress. I asked to speak to him directly to see why i couldn’t have any. BEFORE I EVEN WAS ABLE TO LET OUT A WORD, the manager came over to the table and immediately pointed out my FRIENDS drink and said “oh and you already drunk half “????with an attitude Mind you IT WAS MY DRINK WITH THE PROBLEM not hers & my drink was literally still full i only took 2 sips!! So im immediately appalled at the hostility it was so crazy I’ve never experienced such aggression from the jump before i could even ask a simple question . So i said can you calm down?? I haven’t even said anything and you’re talking about my friends drink when im the one with the problem. He counties to huff and puff and rush me AGGRESSIVELY as im asking him to not be so hostile because im literally so confused as to why he’s already upset with me ? I truly wish this incident was recorded because he doesn’t need to work here or be in management at all with this terrible attitude. I am a server , so to see a business with with absolutely no hospitality was crazy to me because i haven’t been to a place like this in a very long time and i see why no matter how good the food is a bad manger will run it to the ground! After explaining and communicating to him I HAVE NO PROBLEM paying for the drink my food and still tipping my amazing server he cut me off and said so what you want the sugar i said yes and he stormed off and had my server bring me some. Ruined my appetite but i stayed and ate a little cause i didn’t want him to ruin me and my friends time we rarely get. This situation was highly inappropriate from a manager and i hope he ha the day he deserves.

Always enjoy the food here , but today I was attended to by Austin who was very kind and helpful with my order. Had a great meal from several options todays pick:

My experience was okay overall. Our server, Courtney, was polite, and attentive. For the appetizer, we tried the fried oysters and onion rings. Unfortunately, the oysters were a major disappointment — wet, slimy, and gritty — I had to send them back immediately .
For the entrée, I ordered the build-a-combo with mussels and shrimp in the medium boom sauce. The sauce had more spice than I expected, but it wasn’t unbearable. The potatoes were undercooked, and the corn was overcooked, which threw off the meal a bit.
On the positive side, the Mai Tai and Hurricane cocktails were quite tasty and well-made. Sadly, despite the good service and drinks, the food just didn’t do it for us. I probably won’t be back.

We came here for ladies Happy Hour. The drinks were nice and reasonable for Happy Hour. The food came out hot, delicious, and with a smile. I really wish restaurants would stop doing automatically adding gratuities. I tend to tip just what they charge. Our meal and drink was less than $20 and tip was $3 and change. I typically would have done $5.00 or more. Our waitress was great

This was my first time ever eating at the physical establishment. I’ve had their take out before and already knew the food was 10/10. Our waitress Maddy was so nice! She gave us what felt like a private room and we felt like we were at home. Very tentative and likable! I would also love to give a HUGE shoutout to Jackie! I had to personally walk to the bar and thank her for her services. They were consistent with flavor and presentation. Our family loved every single drink. If you’re thinking about bringing the family here, I HIGHLY recommend!

We were seated right away. The menu was easy to read and had a good variety of options. It’s kid-friendly and also had choices for children.
The shrimp and snow crab were very tasty, and the corn, sausage, and potatoes were delicious. We ordered the Boom seasoning with mild spice, but next time we will probably try the medium.

Food was real good. The Boom sauce on the seafood Boil is awesome. That’s all the sauces combined, like lemon pepper, buttery garlic, etc, along with the sperate choice of the set spice level.

Came for seafood boil . I had no issues. Visited right after church and was seated and ordered immediately. Food came out swiftly. ️ My waitress Courtney was great with making sure I was good. I still can’t get the hang of cracking open the crab gracefully but once I did, the meat was good!

I came in and the waitress sat me down at a filthy table I asked her the table be cleaned when they came out the table was still filthy and I asked to move to another table and she told me she couldn’t I told her I did not want to sit by the front door and wish the sunlight was shining directly in my eyes but the waitress told me she didn’t have anywhere else or I could leave so the manager was standing right there and he refused to do anything about it so this place is trash. The manager has no respect or customer service or respect for what their customers requesting as he watched his waitress or hostess disrespect and treat a brand new customer this way. So therefore this place doesn’t even deserve a one star. This place probably has a lot of business but the manager and this hostess should not be even in the customer service business. And ask for crafty crap I will probably never ever visit any of them
