Little wait to get a table and for ordering. Things slowed down from there. Food took quite a while to come out and drink refills took prompting for service. Overall experience was fine

Ordered a bacon burger and instead of bacon I got what looked like chicharones, leather, or maybe some stale bandages. Recommended to check the food before sending out, this should have been caught by the server, expo, or even the cook. I usually like chilis, but I this visit did not meet expectations.

Chili’s is frequently our go-to when we want a quick but quality lunch. The server at this location tops them all that are usually professional and attentive. Look for a quick bite before an appointment, he took the time to cut a burger for my invalid wife and kept drinks topped without our asking. Not sure if it’s training or individual personality but this young man is a keeper

Save your time and pick a different location. The service here was horrendously bad. We ordered an appetizer and our server convienitly forgot to even put it in. And drink refills? Non existent..we finally got refill after we were done with our meal. I am local google reviewer with over 30,000 views on my reviews and while the food was good this was the worst service ever. I had a gift card to cover most of my meal, but that shouldn’t impact the service. Also, our server didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert or to go cup drinks. I had to use the kiosk to pay, but I wasn’t even sure our bill had loaded so I could pay. Zero communication not even a thank you for coming in and enjoy your night. I’m even hesitant to give the service a 1 star. Hope management sees this!

Came here for lunch last Friday during work from work and decided to get the lunch meal deal with the cheeseburger. It came with fries and an appetizer of chips and salsa. Overall the food was pretty good and worth the price I paid for. My waitress could’ve been just a tad more tentative but she was nice. The restaurant was pretty clean and I didn’t really have any bad experiences.

Server took a while to greet me at my table. The night manager kept walking around to everyone tables everyone tables asking if everything was okay but ignored the pregnant lady sitting by herself it was honestly heartbreaking. I love chilis I’ve been going to this restaurant since I was a kid with my mom and younger brother. Came here after Christmas shopping. This location has had quite few changes in managers every few years but the intergrity was bit low. Even my server was avoiding my table like the plague, and kept dropping stuff off then dissapearing before I could ask for sauces but kept peaking around the corner at me where they check out orders and would be quick to leave. Food was good though. I cried while eating and then left.
Update: I did talk to Mickey the general manager and she was quite sweet and charismatic to the incident that occured, I appreciate her really giving my issue some attention and understanding how I felt. Not everyday you can meet a gem like her. Thank you ma’am.

Normally the food and service is good. However this time my burger was good but my fries were cold. My waitress was ok. She kept checking on me. After I finished eating she asked if I wanted anything else. I told her no, she took my plate and went back to the kitchen area. I watched her talking to other people. I waited for several minutes for her to bring the check. She never did return. I had other things to do, so I left.

I met up with friends for appetizers and drinks. The server was so sweet and checked on us a bit. The atmosphere was friendly and energetic. There was a variety or drinks and appetizers that were enticing and delicious. So glad there was space available for me and my girls to chill.
