My grand daughter wanted to go here for lunch (she’s a very finicky eater). She asked for an order of mozzarella sticks, which came out pretty quickly and was filling. She ordered the chicken tenders with lemon pepper, which were very well seasoned and tasted excellent (this was from her and I agreed). I ordered a bacon smash burger, which I’ve never had at BW3. It was large in size and very flavorful. BW3 is not a restaurant and frequent very often due to several lousy experiences at other locationsthat are no longer open, but the food here was very good. The service was friendly but their seemed to be miscommunication amongst the servers as three different servers served our table due to them not knowing where our original server went. They were all super friendly and smiley though and our food came out in a decent amount of time. I would go back here as they have great deals on food and berries.

Our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive, friendly, checked on us constantly. Food was delicious. The salad was huge! I couldn’t finish it all. The wedges were beautifully seasoned and cooked perfectly. My son loved his wings, as always.

Probably better off going somewhere else. Or another location this is the second time that they’ve screwed up on my food. I ordered a value bundle with mild and medium wings. They got one of The wings correct. Although the other half they didn’t even put sauce on. I went back to look at my order and it was both mild and medium. Also, they never have anyone at the front desk. You have to ring a doorbell, which took the COOK a little bit to even come out. The place was completely empty, And I showed up a couple minutes later than the scheduled time and still somehow my food was not ready. Don’t waste your time.

I brought my family to this location at 5pm. We were greeted by the host immediately she was very kind. When we were sat, we were one table out of five that were in the entire restaurant. After 20 minutes of sitting, we were greeted by a server. And we ordered drinks. The drinks came about 15 minutes later we were finally able to order our food and we sat for an hour and a half without food by the time the food showed up it was cold and a majority of it was wrong and a half of it still was ready. We were told the kitchen was overwhelmed, which is why it was taking so long, but tables around us received all of their food and they were larger parties. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but I do not believe we will ever be back.

I came into this Buffalo Wild Wings, after placing an online pickup order at 6:05p to be ready at 6:20p. I wait and wait after 645 until 7:30 for food. To receive food and be told, I don’t have loaded tots, nor wedges. Okay cool, I get it- but where is the communication. Where’s the management by walking around to see the concerns? Ask two people for a manager- she’s busy in the kitchen and will be with us soon as she can. That’s another 10mins or more to then be told we have the food. Wait, what is it, do you have the food or not. So now it’s a 7min wait for loaded tots. Let be real team. How do we continue service like this? How do expect guests to fill? It’s hard to return to a chain restaurant like this.

Put in an order online for pick up and was told it would be ready at 6:10pm. I arrived at 6:18pm and was told they are running behind and it would be another 10-15 minute wait. I did not receive my food until 7:03. I live 10 minutes away from the location and figured my food would be hot and still fresh. When we got home and sat down immediately to eat… NOTHING was hot and fresh. Not even warm. Not okay, food was TERRIBLE. 0/10 would NOT recommend this location.

My wife and I have gone to this location for years. The service level over the past 2 years has continued to go downhill, to the point we’ll no longer go there. Last night was the last straw, we had a party of 6. We were seated quickly as we waited about 5 minutes for the rest of our party arrive. Once seated our waitress came and took drink orders, 5 of us received our drinks while the one beer ordered took forever. We had to flag down a waitress to finally go to the bar to get the beer. Our waitress finally arrived to take our appetizer order after being told we wanted to order but she dashed off somewhere. The meal orders also felt like work to get her back to our table to take them. The food was very good so at least we had that. Then the check, I asked for the check which she brought quickly. We sat there for 15 minutes for her to come back, finally I’d had enough…our party left as I waited at the front desk to pay. Stood there for 10 minutes before our waitress of all people came to the desk to close me out. All told I arrived at the site at 5:50pm and finally left at near 8pm…for appetizers and chicken freakin nuggets. I (we) won’t be back, maybe head to the Franklin store or just use Wing Stop down the street…cya!

Hello, why did you all give me old chicken? It looked like it was just kept under a warmer and also didn’t have much lemonade pepper on it. Dried out, hard and Flavorless. Onion rings were not cooked all the way, and the only enjoyable and fresh item was the mozzarella sticks. $24 for lunch that I couldn’t really eat.

Wish I could give more stars, but they need to improve and be more consistent in service and food quality. If they can improve on the below, I would be more than happy to give 5 stars and a raving review.

They only thing I can give 5 stars to…is the hard working people working behind the bar. They do there best to keep checking on the kitchen and customer orders and keeping there customers as happy at the bar. They make sure there customers are aware they are checking on there food order and apologize alot for the long wait.

1)Food service can be really slow at time, even when there is like 2 people in the restaurant and they are at the bar. Waiting a half hour for 6 wings, is silly, especiallywhen the person next to you ordered way after you and had a bigger wing/appetizer order. The people at the bar do good, but they only can do so much with food orders coming from the kitchen.

2) Food is hit and miss, not consistent, when its good, its great and it makes ome want to come back. When its not, it makes one want to get there own wings and make them at home. Traditonal Wings can be really overcooked and dried out, looking like they came from the dessert. Some, have only a brushing of sauce, and if they are already dry, its makes them that much worse to eat. They will redo them, but then you have to wait another 30-40 minutes.

3) Too many online exclusives. People that come in and spend a ton on money on alcohol, can’t get the same deal on food as the ones ordering online. Why come in and pay for alcohol (and tipping), when someone can order online and have alchohol at home.

4) Have more specials for those with Blaze Rewards. People are more app to spend money if they feel they are getting a deal.

5) Music can be so loud at times, that you have to yell at the person sitting next to you so they maybe hear you. Other times its ok. Again… not consistent.

I loved our experience here.We haven’t been here in almost six months because our service has always been horrible. Wow just wow, I believe our servers name was Suzanne from our receipt. She hands down, changed my mind on this location. She had about ten tables from looking around. But from the service you could not tell. I saw her seat guest, serve food, clean tables, and not to mention all of this, she was giving out to go orders. I will be back. Definitely will ask for her every time. Thank you for hiring her! I will kindly tell all my fellow Oakcreek people to come back just for her. She is up beat with a fun personality! If I could change anything, it would be the food, it was not as hot as we would have liked. We loved and saw how hard she was working, we would have never complained. I am human resources for a trucking company and great job with the hiring, you found a winner! One more thing, I thought she was just refilling our drinks before we could ask, but no I watched her, she did it for every one before the drink could be empty. Again wow, dishes where off the table by the time we were done eating ! When we left, only drinking glasses on table and the check. I haven’t saw service like this in years.
