Spent almost $50. Burgers were warm. Not hot @ all. Everytime I come to this location & ask for extra sauce that I’m willing to pay for somehow I’m left without the sauce especially if I don’t check before I drive off. Very unprofessional.

The female manager was rude. The guy was nice and offered free cone for waiting over 10 minutes for 6 pc nugget. I came in with QR code to order and she was very rude in saying scan it right there. Then one of the workers on the grill stopped taking Pattie’s out tray to check his phone with same gloves on. He then proceeded to continue handling food. I told the guy manager and he addressed it and the other worker on grill was checking to see who I was and how I seen it. I yelled yes I can see from right here and it’s not sanitary. I advised manager his gloves should be changed which he told female manager in Spanish to have worker change gloves. Will not return to his one. And it’s seem as if they hire only their kind as it’s only Hispanics in there.

Scammed! I ordered a 4-piece tenders meal for delivery but received only 3 pieces in a box labeled “3-piece.” This is the second time it’s happened, which makes me question whether this is an honest mistake or a deliberate way to cut costs. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I have only been here a few times but they always forget something. This time I got my hot fudge sundae but no spoon and by the time I got home it was very melted. They call it fast food but I was literally in a single line for over 10 minutes since they closed the second lane as seen in the picture. How can there be such a variation in quality in a chain store? “Any lane any time” except when we don’t want to!

Found missing item in my mobile order and called the store. I request refund for the missing order and the lady picked up the call says, you have to come back to the store to pick it up. I said, I don’t come back. (Because I already arrived home and have other schedule.) she said, I don’t process the refund. I request to talk to the manager and she said manager is not there and she refused to call her. Then we argued and then she explained that she has no right to process refund for mobile order unless the customer is physically in store. I said I can’t get back to the store I’m with a baby. And she said “so what are you gonna do?” Okay Isn’t you should give me an option and find out the resolution for the mistake that your store made? Why you ask me what I’m gonna do? How am I responsible for your McDonald’s refund system? I asked her name for a reference and she is mad. She hung up the phone quickly and she sounds have cried later when my husband called back. What a customer service. People don’t know how to answer phone about order complaints, and don’t know how to resolve problem. You should at first apologize for the mistake that your store made and explain why you can’t process refund at first. Not ask me to come back to store and just say you don’t process the refund. The way you were talking isn’t a good practice. I am extremely unhappy about the way that she explained things (conclusion first and explanation comes later when being asked to provide), even though it’s not her fault. Learn how to communicate please!

Glad my consistent fast food days have ended but – today they forgot mobile order portion of my Order. no thank you when came around again or apology. No receipt on either. McDonald’s 1st window closed at night so probably not as sharp on details.

Glad this happened so I know not to put my faith in fast food workers again especially at this location at this time. If they actually gave a receipt for the drive thru portion of the order or mobile/ I could have the proper feedback going to the right Channels for process improvement and training.

Cleanest MCDS I have ever been to. Even the back by the kitchen it looked so nicely organized.
