Stopped in at this Taco Bell and had a pretty typical experience, which is honestly what you hope for. Ordered using the self-serve kiosk, but the brief interaction I did have with the staff was friendly and positive. The food came out warm, the order was accurate, and the dining area was clean and well kept. No surprises, just a solid, reliable stop.

Best taco bell in the United States, possibly the entire world…. I love the way Paul makes my food for me, I couldn’t have my food any other way. Oh Paul. Paul is the best worker in the history of mankind. Did you know Paul helped save people from the great Michigan earth quake of 2013? Well he did and he did a great Job. One day me and Paul will watch star wars together. Every day is Paul’s birthday. Thank you Paul. I love Paul.

They have some new items so I stopped in. Got the ‘new beefy nachos…nit much different from nacho bell grande except you can add some d I fervent toppings. Almost no beef, a LOT of small broken bottom of the bag chips. I did not get the Mexican salsa I requested. What was good? Strawberry/lime freeze was tasty.

Would have liked to give them 5 stars. My husband and granddaughter love the Nacho Bell Grande. When they opened up the lid to find hardly nothing on top of their chips, well the look on their faces told just how bummed they were. There is no reason whatsoever to serve such a sparse Nacho meal. Come on, you can do better. We are eliminating certain places to go. May end up just going somewhere else.

I was in there last night and Maren was taking care of the people at front counter. She does a very good job making sure everyone has all there stuff mind you it was super busy, but handing orders out and always smiling and friendly.

Went to get a drink through drive thru, literally hired an AI robot to take orders. Lovely how we’re letting AI take over jobs humans can do. Are we getting that lazy now you can’t hire someone to take orders. Do better.

I have been standing at the counter for over 10 minutes. Doing this review. Six other people are behind me waiting to order. They people working are leaning against the counter and have not noticed they have a line to the door. I’m assuming nobody has been assigned to work the counter. The place is a mess. They are only concerned with drive through
Customers and could care less about the lobby.

Employees, one of them being a manager(bigger girl, don’t know her name), park their cars in the spots that are reserved for delivery drivers. Quit being lazy and park at the back of the lot. You walk around the store your whole shift just fine, you can walk an extra 20 steps to your car. Also, they ignore delivery orders when they’re super busy. Wouldn’t be a big deal if they take a little bit longer, but when I’m literally standing at the counter watching you fly through drive thru and dine in orders for literally 30 minutes(not exaggerating) and not getting my delivery order done it’s absolutely ridiculous. Had to cancel the pickup because I couldn’t wait any longer.

I used to work at Taco Bell. It’s one of the only fast food places I eat at. But my husband went there tonight and bought 2 tacos and had the most hilariously minimal amount of meat on them. Hard shell tacos taste semi stale also. Come on T Bell! You can do better than this. Ridiculous.

I never leave reviews, but I’m honestly so tired of missing ingredients on the items I am paying for.
I dislike refried beans so anything that comes standard made with them I ask for without. Countless times I have been given an item labelled “no beans” on the wrapper, bite into it, and there are beans on it. I have also ordered some of the box deals, and had my burrito without beans put into the box that was not labelled “no beans”.
Every time I ask for SUPREME tacos of any caliber, I either never receive it supreme, the taco only has tomatoes added, or only had a very minimal amount of sour cream. I have even ordered more than one taco supreme in the same order and been given one with tomatoes added but no sour cream and another with no tomatoes but has sour cream.
Today, I came through and ordered a nacho bell grande with no beans and I, once again, didn’t have tomatoes on this item either.
I don’t know if it’s lack of care, knowledge, or training, but as someone who also works in food service this is ridiculous. I could understand if you are out of an ingredient, but that should be expressed to the customer upon them ordering the item. Please keep in mind this has also been over a span of trips over a few months not once or twice.
