After waiting over five minutes just to be acknowledged while trying to order at counter on a Friday morning, the manger berated me for stating I had already been waiting a quite sometime. I left with no breakfast and will not return. This location continues to go downhill very quickly. Do not expect to be treated with respect as a customer especially inside. Maybe read your reviews and notice this problem is being mentioned over and over and over again by other customers as well.

Keep it short say it loud and clear. Double check ya receipt and ya bag before u leave the drive thru. Double check dont always assume they get it right. Something was always missin’ especially from this location.

Please work on counter service. Customers are ignored at counter for long periods (ten minute wait for one frappe for example) or treated disrespectfully. One manager announced my take out order was up and then literally tossed it into air so it slammed onto the counter while shouting “two burritos” and then just walked off. Pretty disrespectful to a paying customer imo.

The service was terrible. It took 20 minutes for our food. The people were like robots, walked by us when we were looking for help, ignored us, no personality. We had to ask for condiments and refills. The atmosphere felt like a waiting room in a city hospital.

Just ordered a large coke and received a large diet coke. I went back through the drive thru and told them. The lady very pleasant and told me they would fix it and move up to the side and they would be right out with it. I waited 20 minutes and no one came out. Very very disappointed!!

I’ve never had such bad service at a “fast food” place. Only thing I will say is my food was at least hot. But I sat at the microphone way to long. There are 2 lines, 7 (yes 7) cars preferred from the one lane without anyone even acknowledging me in the other lane. Then the people at the windows were cold amd short. Then I had to pull forward and wait again for my food. All this took 40 min or more. If was pretty busy so I had no way to even get out of line. Plus I had a mobile order do I had already paid. like i said at least my food was hot.

I just don’t understand how difficult it is to read a ticket and properly bag a delivery order…. not even a large order but somehow managed to not bag a 1/3rd of it… not even the first time.. lesson learned, good job guys..

Waited 25 minutes for them to tell me I had to wait and pull forward and proceed to have five other cars behind me get their food ! The food wasn’t fresh at all so why the wait? And the order was not right will not be coming back here again!

Nice looking McDonalds, but that’s about it. Probably the slowest & least efficient location I’ve ever seen. The waiting spots are always full as their speed & production is incredibly bad. You can order on the app 20 minutes in advance, and you’ll still be asked to pull into a spot and wait another 10+ minutes. Unfortunately, this is the closest store to my home otherwise I’d avoid it completely. Strongly don’t recommend.
