Got a Dave’s Double to go and did it make me go! Before I got 2 hours down the road. I blew my guts out. Several times I blew my guts out. My co-driver had the same symptoms as myself. He had the triple. I tried to call Wendy’s to let them know that something was bad with their hamburger but they didn’t answer my call. They probably gave everyone who ate there that day the backdoor trots. Spent 8 dollars for the burger and two hours later spent 9 dollars on Pepto. Never will eat there again.

Decided to try and grab a quick dinner after my kids tball practice. I should have just cooked. First they ran out of fries. Replaced with the breakfast potatoes which were ice cold, half filled and hard. Ordered 4 biggie bags and it was completely mixed together so we didn’t notice the missing nuggets.
Had to fill our drinks and half of them were empty and dispensing syrup. 730 pm on a Monday and out of fries and soda machine is syrup. Wish I could get a refund because overall this was completely unenjoyable.

Ordered 3 bacon double stacks on the kiosk which took them 30 minutes to make! And on top of that they only made me double stacks (no bacon)

Understaffed. Refused service to me at the front when I was the only one in the line, because their drive through is backed up. I’m sorry but the manager needs to hire more people or move along. Fast food restaurants aren’t supposed to take hours or be closed because their drive through is long.

I came on Christmas day, Im on a cross country roadtrip and we knew the lunch rush would be insane so we weren’t expecting it to be perfection. The food was piping hot, the cashier I believe his name was Jeffrey? Was so nice and courteous, you could tell he had been there several hours but the woman before me whom I can only describe as Methany the Grinch was berating him amongst other staff about how long it took to get her frosty and why they couldn’t pour her drink and claiming they were giving her dirty looks. The young manager handled it so professional, was very respectful while Methany continued to berate the 15 year old fry cook for being “disrespectful and rude”, she ended up leaving and laughing about how she “showed them”. I had a completely different experience than her, everyone was so nice and polite, both my boyfriends food and mine came out and fresh. I wish the staff at my local Wendy’s could be this awesome! I just wish people would be more courteous t people who spend their holidays working especially in the service industry, I have worked in restaurants for 10 years and this is the first Christmas I’m not.

It’s so awkward when the staff just stares at you and doesn’t greet you.
There was a girl doing nothing behind the counter, i’m pretty sure she was training and not able to assist but come on…. A simple “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way.
When an order arrived a few minutes later she simply walked up to the register and looked at me. I stared back for 5-10 seconds until she finally said “how can I help you”
I waited 5 minutes and the person who took my order wound up on my side of the counter and ordered a similar meal. she got her food in less than a minute (I’m still waiting)

Walked inside to place my order after driving all day and loading 3 trucks besides mine to be ignored. They walked right past me and acted like I wasn’t even there. They only cared about the drive through. The manager even took a order at the counter for the drive through after I was standing there for what felt like 10 minutes. I guess she wanted to prove a point that we truckers aint worth the dirt we walk on. Maybe I’ll be worthy to eat your food in the morning when I get up from taking my rest break
