I went to pick up dinner before my daughter’s Christmas concert. My mistake, I ordered a little more than what I had in my account. Asked the man to remove an item and he insisted that my order would be refunded and then he would recharge. He charged my card 3 separate times, with the same statement saying it will be refunded. He left me with a zero dollar balance, and refused to give me our food that we just paid for and no receipt. Told me tough luck and that my money would “come back overnight like any NORMAL Citizen”. So we left with no food and no ability to get more food before her concert. I’ve never seen this man in the drive through before so I think he’s new. That does not excuse his lack in intellect and poor mannerism. I still have not received my refund for $34. Not only did he steal my money, my children and I left hungry. Not impressed at all. This was at store #21357 on 2/3/26. All three transactions occured in the drive through at 4:40-4:44pm. I need this corrected.

If we could give this place a 0 we would, the dude at the microphone was completely rude. We pulled up to the speaker he said at first “ it will be just a minute” okay cool no problem 3 minutes pass after looking at the menu we go to speak an get met with a tone “I told you to wait, we have a big order ahead of you!” No just “one more minute please” nothing just straight rudeness. No name was given at the window an we left without ordering. There was no apologies or anything, definitely a horrible experience.

I used to eat at Taco Bell regularly back in the day. Today I wanted something quick and not very expensive. I came in and saw they did want to take people’s orders. They want you to order from a kiosk. No one took notice of me expecting me to punch in my order. I used to order a grilled steak burrito. But it was absent from the menu. So I ordered a bean burrito and added steak, tomatos, jalapenos….and cheese. The burritos have always had cheese but now they only come with nacho cheese so I had to pay extra for normal cheese. The cost was more than double the price with the add-ons (about$5.50). I was fine with that. But I was presented with a diminutive version of the grilled steak burrito. It was about the size of the frozen, snack burritos my kids eat. If steak was in there, it snuck by me. There were a small amount of tomatoes and jalapenos. It was very disappointing. Also they no longer have Dr. Pepper. Taco Bell has obviously cut a lot of corners and is not the brand it once was. My biggest take-a-way is that the agenda to have the least amount of human contact possible, significant decreases the chance of a customer getting what they want. With so many solid options for Mexican food is this day and age, I don’t see myself returning. I’ve a level 9 guide for Google Maps and have posted over 1000 reviews. I can count on one hand how many low scores I’ve given. But I’m being generous with a three star review. Check out my profile for great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌

Cool staff, always great food, and recently I witnessed a good hearted team member giving food to the homeless. Awesome. Only complaint is that those windows are filthy. I understand that it’s a restaurant and condensation etc. but the management should work on that.

Ive always liked Taco Bell until now. Oh the food was the same, and the kids working there were pleasant and helpful, but whoever came up with idea of forcing everybody to order at the kiosk is a knuckle head. I know I’m a dinosaur, but did they ever think that while I’m taking 5 minutes to order a taco because I’m not computer savvy, it’s not just me that’s getting frustrated, it’s the growing line behind me. Embarrass and frustrate me, and make the people behind me angry. I guess the answer is simple, bar anyone that is not computer literate from being a customer. You wint have to bar me, I won’t go to Taco Bell again. There’s other places out there that believe the human touch still has value.

My item was made incorrectly. The night manager(gentleman with longhair) refued to remake it. He’s the one who made it in he told me he knows for a fact it was made right and pretty much chastise me for wanting it remade. It was very embarrassing for me and this guy.

Went thru drive thru; out of my three items, one was wrong. I didn’t realize it until I got home and looked in the bag. Too far to drive back. I think it will be another 2 years before I go back. Service at the drive thru window was less than friendly.

The lady running the drive through is insanely rude today. She has brown hair and is an middle aged woman, plus sized. Insanely rude service. She would rudely tell us about how many orders they can have, and she was also upset that we asked to order up front. It was very disgusting service. The workers were also glaring at us the entire time. To top it off, we watched someone go to the bathroom with their gloves on and come back out without doing a glove change. super gross

It’s five degrees in the store. I’ve finished my meal and can’t feel my finger tips. My hands hurt. It’s 60 degrees outside, and it feels warm out here! The food was good. Besides forgetting the drinks, service was good. Good location. Easy parking.
