Stopped by Mi Burrito for a quick meal and enjoyed it.
Food:
Veggie Fajita Taco (4.5/5): The mix of broccoli, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, and cheese sounded unusual at first, but it actually worked really well. It was hearty, filling, and tasted great.
Rice, Refried Beans, and Enchiladas (3.5/5): Pretty normal and decent. Nothing amazing, but good and reliable.
Service:
The staff member helping us seemed new, but she was patient, kind, and very helpful.
Ambiance:
Smaller dining area with both regular tables and booth-style seating. A little tight, but still comfortable. There’s a water jug, condiments, and metal utensils available for easy self-service, and you bus your own table when you’re done.
Overall, a nice spot with good food and friendly service. I’d come back, especially for the veggie fajita taco.

Best Mexican food joint in Portland. I eat here at least three times a week. My standard for lunch is three taco buche. Great pozole soup, and full dinners. Check out the $10 lunch burger special with real french fries. Tell Blanca that Joe sent you.

Stopped by on my way to airport bases if the reviews, And did not disappoint. No ambiance. But i prefer a clean modern environment which they have! The updates made are refreshing and makes you want to eat in. ASADA BURRITO WET. EXCELLENT!!! I’ll come again. Not an authentic restraint feel, and no margaritas, BUT DEFINITELY AUTHENTIC FOOD!!!! Great job here!!!

A hidden gem!! If it weren’t for google maps I would not have even noticed this place. Service was quick and friendly. Let’s get into the food. I ordered beef tacos with rice and beans. Best way to describe the meat is to imagine the tenderness of pulled pork but beef instead. From the crunchiness of the fried taco to the freshness of the tomatoes and lettuce, this was perfectly put together. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I don’t remember the dish my partner ordered but I tried it and it was delicious as well. If you don’t see parking on the street there is also additional parking in the back. This place isn’t your fancy dining with frills but more so like being invited into homey authentic Mexican cookout being served in their dining room.

This place is seriously amazing. Everything is fresh. The menu is to the point, but has loads to customize. In the kitchen you could hear the chef chopping the vegetables. Staff was nice and answered all our questions. Would seriously recommend. It is like the menu of a family Mexican-American restaurant, but fresh and to the point! If it were closer to home if I’d be a regular!

I love this place, has some amazing food. My girlfriend and I come almost every week, she adores their soyrizo tacos and we are grateful to know a place that offers something for her too! They can be hard to find. They even have a Tuesday special on 5 tacos for $10

I was highly disappointed since that’s what I had been craving and the only reason we decided to eat there.
There were almost no extras to add to the soup, only some dry oregano and shredded lettuce, Why??
No lime, not even cilantro,… let alone maybe some sliced jalapeños or cabbage,… Just broth, the corn and the pork,…. on the bone, very bland to say the least,…. If you normally love Pazole, don’t get it here,….

My fav Mexican place!! 5 tacos for $10 on Tuesday, they have a rotating different taco I think weekly. Everything is so good from the burritos, tacos, enchiladas.. haven’t gotten something I don’t like! Amazing service.
