We tried Bamboo House in Euless for the first time and it did NOT disappoint! Everything we ordered was so good we kept passing our plates around saying, “You have to try this.”
The tonkatsu ramen was rich and comforting with a broth that tasted like it had been simmering all day. The steamed gyoza were soft, juicy, and the perfect bite to start the meal. But the real star for me was the spicy ahi poke (to go)—super fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick.
The atmosphere was relaxed, the food came out fresh, and it just felt like one of those hidden gems you’re excited to tell people about. We left full and already talking about what we want to try next time.
Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

We went yesterday for lunch after a friend recommended, and it was very good. We got the Happy roll and Cowboy roll. Both were fantastic. This may be our new go-to sushi spot! There were a lot of other good looking options on the menu as well, without it being overwhelming. We are excited to try something different next time! The owner was very nice and appreciative that we came in. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We stopped into Bamboo House Restaurant in Euless last night and were blown away. I ordered the Sukiyaki Beef Ramen bowl, which was absolutely fantastic — rich, flavorful broth, tender beef, and perfectly cooked noodles. I also got the gyoza, they definitely hit the spot and paired well with the meal. My wife had the pineapple fried rice, which was fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service truly stood out. The owner came right up to greet us, thanked us for trying his restaurant, and even shook my hand, which made the experience feel incredibly personal and welcoming.

This was our first time here. And immediately upon entering, we were greeted by the owner and made to feel welcomed.And comfortable. I have a lot of dietary restrictions, but he was super helpful.And awkward to customize any choice that I might like, and he even made a few recommendations that turned out to be awesome. I ended up getting the chicken and pineapple hawaiian fried rice and it was absolutely outstanding! They also customized my california rolls.And they were still super delicious. My roommate got the happy rolls.Literally her new favorite sushi out of many restaurants that we’ve tried. Also, she said the crab ragoons were great!
Overall, definitely give this place.Six out of five stars! Food absolutely amazing! And service was seriously next level!!

This place deserves a visit without hesitation. Every bite impressed, from the sushi rolls to the crisp, fresh vegetables. Our waitress guided us through the menu with care plus patience. Andre stopped by to personally greet us, which added a special touch. The team creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes the entire experience memorable.

Bamboo House in Euless absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us at the door with a handshake and made us feel genuinely welcome. He was incredibly personable and funny, and what really stood out was how he carried individual conversations with each table. Even though they were short two servers, you would have never known it — his attention to detail and level of service never slipped once. Every table he stopped at was left smiling.
The food was outstanding — savory and flavorful from the appetizers to the main dishes. Even the boba drinks for my kids were a hit! We were completely satisfied and honestly tempted to order more just to take home.
We were only in the area for the evening, so it’s a bit of a drive for us, but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back just for this family-owned gem. As we left, the owner gave us another handshake and personally thanked us for visiting — that kind of hospitality is rare.

It was my first time having spicy ramen and it was great! I’m not a fan of bamboo shoots, but they were perfectly tender and went well with this dish. Spring rolls were good as well. A tad pricy, but I would still order it all again.
