Great food, and environment. It was a little cold but the manager adjust the temperature. I had the Redfish Breaux. The fish was seasoned well and enjoyed the pairing of the mac and cheese.

I came here with my boyfriend to enjoy the atmosphere and food. We sat at the bar this time. Our bartender, Jacquelyn took care of us tonight. She was friendly and provided excellent service. I didn’t take a photo of the Virgin Mojito, but I wished I did! For the appetizer, I ate Shrimp Casino. It’s bacon wrapped shrimp stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeno covered in mozzarella and cocktail sauce. I love it! It does have some sweetness because of the cocktail sauce, but you’re able to taste all the ingredients!
My favorite is the White Chocolate Bread Pudding. The french bread, the white chocolate chips, and white custard sauce shines through especially when you eat it the next day. This dessert is serve warm. But you gotta get a large size! I always get this dessert and it still taste the same. Delicious in every bite!
Jacquelyn really made our night. We were happy she check on us and made sure the food was up to standard. Would return again!

Been there many times so I’m sure this is a one-off. Got seated and ordered drinks. Pecan old fashioned and blueberry lemon drop along with water with lemon and Splenda. Drinks did not come until almost finish the appetizers and my old fashioned was so watered down from sitting on the bar waiting to be brought to the table that I could hardly drink it. The Splenda with lemon didn’t come until 30 minutes later so our friend had to eat his entire meal with no drink. And yes we did ask five times. Happened to look over at the other table and notice everybody had bread except us. So we got bread at the end of the meal. Ask the same server for hot sauce will we received our food. Never got it. All we got was one glass of water with our meal no refills nothing. Finally grabbed a waiter off of another table and he took better care of us than our waiter with several trips to our table. Just when we thought nothing else could go wrong the bread pudding was cold. How does that happen. I have eaten there 30 plus times and this is the first time it’s been bad so I will be going back but it was just comical how bad this trip was.

1/30/2026 – 7:20pm. We are frequent customers of this place (at least once a month). We had a party of 5 tonight and were seated for over 10 minutes with no waiter coming to greet us. We watched as others were seated after us and had waiters come to their tables. They weren’t even very busy with open tables around us. We just expect better from a “fine dining” establishment who charges a premium for their food and expect premium service as well.

The food was ok but overpriced. I’ve been living 10 from here all my life and this was my first visit. I order steak and had to send it back because it was under cooked. The fried mushrooms was awesome and the twice stuffed potato was good as well. We may try to visit again one day. My boo ordered a seafood platter and it was a little seafood sitting on a pile of fries. So not sure if we are going back.

We are visiting from out of town and Sno’s came highly recommended as ‘local flavor’. We wanted to taste a little if everything so we got the sampler platter to share along with an appetizer.
I wanted to love it, I was excited to eat there but sadly left disappointed. The food was so bland. I expected cajun flair.
We got everything deep fried and that was probably the mistake. The batter, which was the same for the onion rings as it was for the crab as it was for the frog legs was flavorless, and frog legs already need help in the flavor department but this had no seasoning. The sauces offered didn’t help much either since it was plain tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, or ketchup.
The highlight of the meal was the gumbo. I could have eaten a gallon of the stuff! Of all the places we’ve eaten so far their seafood gumbo was hands down the best. I wish we could give the same praise to the rest of the meal.
If you go avoid the fried side and enjoy one of the more flavorful options.

First I highly recommend Sno’s-the food is top notch – I Never had a bad meal, I’ve been going for years, service is usually pretty excellent, this time service was good but the server was forgetting things, not checking, it was a group of ppl, but I was surprised bc the service usually was nothing less than excellent

Update: the food and atmosphere has gone downhill a bit. Not terribly impressed by the salad or the broiled platter which, except for the gumbo and au gratin, was pretty bland. Also they up charge quite a bit for certain sides/accompaniments . The drinks were still very good and the service was pretty good. The total for 3 drinks, a filet, broiled platter and 2 small desserts was $160 without tip. So IMO it’s pricey for what you get at the moment. Original: Great drinks, nice atmosphere and good food. We had a wonderful experience with friends. It does get pretty busy so have reservations or get there early.

The hostesses took a few minutes to acknowledge us. No biggie. Our server, Evan, was on the ball! He was quick with refills and checking on us. And the food was fast! We weren’t expecting it that fast, but we were not complaining. My wife’s Ribeye was super flavorful! And her baked potato was delicious. I had the “Seafood Platter”, and it was good. It also had a frog leg, which tasted good. I wasn’t a fan of the stuffed shrimp. It wasn’t bad, though. I did love all the rest of the platter, especially the gumbo. We shared a “Pecan Freeze” drink. Now that was Dee-Licious!!

My mom’s job had a Christmas party here a couple days ago. The food was decent, just needed more options and perhaps a small amount of seasoning lol. The crab cakes, fried catfish and chicken tenders were pretty good. I was able to take some home so that was a plus! The restaurant was pretty standard and the restroom was clean. The parking lot wasn’t the best with all the rocks, but the experience was nice overall
