We ordered through the drive through and the guy taking our order was very nice. Food was ready quick and all correct. Smelled great on ride home. Get home, start eating and we find a small winged-bug on the outside of a piece of chicken on our Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen family chicken order. Put it aside and grab another. Take a few bites, see similar bug on our Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen chicken. Feel grossed out. We go through the box and 6 of 8 pieces of chicken had one of these bugs on our Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen order on them.
I call and the manager acts as though this is the wildest thing he’s ever heard. Has me drive all the way back to show him the bugs on our Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen chicken. He only offers to reimburse for that portion of my order. The rest was minimal, but more the point of it all. Very gross. Some customers asked what was going on as the manager was inspecting the bugs on my Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen chicken and then sure enough their order had bugs on their Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen chicken it too. I left after they processed my refund and the manager was then looking through all the chicken in the rack, finding more bugs in the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen chicken. We still feel nauseous. I’d avoid this spot.

This is finally my experience that turned me away from Popeyes for good. December 4th I ordered a chicken tender meal with chicken tenders cheese curds a strawberry soda and a cake. I not only received nothing that I ordered but I was handed a bag with wings fries apple cheesecake and strawberry lemonade I inform the worker that my order is completely wrong and he said his manager would have to handle it. (Cashier was super nice only good to this encounter) I ask to speak the manager and the manager refuses claiming I have to go through the app. I say ok and go through the app which stated if there is an issue with the food speak to the manager. I go inside and speak to the manager and immediately he begins berating saying you have food what’s wrong. I informed him nothing of what I order is correct I even have the wrong drink and he claims none of what I order is available so he gave what he could I asked for a refund to be processed and I received verbal insults from the manager Lance Brown. He claimed if I did not get the correct order I have to take it up with what ever app I used. When I show him I’m on Popeyes app and it says speak to the manager he just repeatedly says to me what do you want me to do you not getting a refund out of my drawer. He seemed intoxicated and genuinely did not want to assist help or even mention that nothing I ordered was available nor update their app or do anything of his job. This was highly unacceptable if I could give negative stars I would, even their app says order cannot be modified once placed yet my entire order was modified against my will and I can’t get a refund. Honestly Popeyes doesn’t give actual service food has tanked and with managers like Lance Brown might as well eat anywhere else. With a terrible boss like him Popeyes might as well go full digital he literally causes altercations as if that is his actual job.

The service is better this time. The chicken is always good.
The fried chicken is always good but the customer service is getting bad. I went inside the store. There was no customer in the store. One lady told me to wait for a bit and i waited for 3 minutes and she disappeared. I seemed like everyone ignored me the whole time. Until i asked how long do i have to want for. Another lady came to help me with my order but she forgot to give me my 2 sprit and 1 coleslaw. (I realized that when i was in my car)

I don’t know who hires these people but the manger needs to be in ANGER MANAGEMENT ASAP. She/He slammed the drive thru window in my friends face and screamed at him while using foul language because they messed the order up even after remaking it, it was still wrong. The whole staff is lackadaisical. Save your money and go somewhere where the customers matter and management won’t cuss you out! I wouldn’t be surprised if they tampered with the food either because the day after I became extremely sick!

What an absolute disgrace. The jerk at the counter asked “What you want”? My response to him was… Who are you speaking to like that? You’re supposed to say hi how are you? Can I help you? This location has gone down so much in the quality of service. It’s a miracle that they’re still even open. It seems like they cater more to the drive-through customers than they do to the ones that walk into the store. Especially for the folks that work at night… They treat customers like crap.

I don’t know how they pull it off with a drive thru line around the parking lot, but the chicken tenders, fries, corn, & chicken sandwich is consistently hot. The cashier’s attitudes can see some improvements. But hey, as long as my food is good I won’t complain too much. Can’t have it all ♀️

The Chinese guy that runs the drive-thru right now even though you spend money at the Popeyes he still wants you to pay them 25 cent for a sauce I’ve been going to this Popeyes for the longest now I’m not going ever again after the service I got from the Chinese guy saying oh 25 cents for sauce I’ve never been charged for sauce
