We both agreed this is the best and I mean best pizza we have ever had. We travel from our home in Racine Wisconsin to Il Ritrovo In Sheboygan for their real Neapolitan pizza. This Is better!
We tried four types, themushroom, the white pizza, the sausage and peppers and the pepperoni we added onions.
The dough is delicious, freshly made had great flavor and a great chew. Loved the charred air bubbles!
I am the mushroom queen this blend on top of béchamel Is flavor packed! Like all the wonderful fall inspired deep flavors of mushrooms you could want.
The white pizza with spinach, red onion, bacon and feta on bechamel the salty and earthy balance with the heat of the red onions, belissimo!
Hands down the best pepperoni I have ever eaten. There really was a black pepper finish.
The sausage was fragrant with fennel! Outstanding!
The service was great for take out. Friendly and kind staff. Give this local spot a try!
Super well versed in our drinking establishments. Nice little cozy stop for a pint and perhaps a snack. We weren’t hungry so we didn’t peruse the menu.
Stopped in for dinner on a Monday night. Usually our rules for eating is empty parking lot, not worth it. We are so glad we ended up eating here.
The atmosphere and history is awesome. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the property and it’s history.
We wanted to sit outside and check out the sunset so we ordered drinks at the bar and a pizza and went outside. Being from Chicago it’s hard to find pizza we like up this way and the pizza here knocked it out of the park. Be sure to check out the specials, grab a cold beer or four and watch the sunset.
There’s a path down to the lake and the views are amazing.
While you’re here walk around upstairs and check out the old house, I’m sure these walls have some stories to tell.
But the drinks and food here are also wonderful and make the atmosphere perfect. We sat outside, so I couldn’t speak for the inside except when I used the washroom. It was also being set up for a wedding on the inside but looked large and spacious.
We got the pepperoni pizza, truffle fries, and the grain bowl all were exceptional.
The wait staff was attentive and kind.
