Started my Friday evening hoping for good vibes and a relaxing weekend, but this place completely ruined the experience.
We first ordered haleem, and it was a total disaster. The mint flavor was extremely overpowering it didn’t even taste like haleem. It felt more like eating mint-flavored dal. The texture and taste were completely off, and we had to leave almost the entire dish untouched.
Hoping the second dish would be better, we ordered fish biryani. Unfortunately, it was even worse. The taste clearly indicated that the food was not fresh. Both items strongly felt like old stock being reheated and served. There was no freshness, no authentic flavor, and no quality control.
We informed the staff immediately about the issue while we were still there. Shockingly, there was absolutely no response from the team. No apology, no concern, not even basic courtesy. The lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing
Food quality is one thing, but serving what appears to be stale food and then showing zero accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dining here. Extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered veg kheema biryani and this guys gave me chicken pieces in that. They literally broke my Religion ritual faith that me and our family have been carrying since Generations. This is Worst thing they could do to me and to the people who really follow sacred rituals of a culture and religion. DoorDash needs to sue them actually. Worst customer service ever. I truly wish they shutdown this place permanently. Useless Creatures. Vegetarians please don’t eat there they mix up food.

Food was incredible and full of flavor! It was our first time here and we will definitely be back. The spice levels were on point as well. Garlic naan was fresh to order and just melted in your mouth! The chicken lollipops were also delicious!

I ordered Vijayawada boneless chicken biryani and was very disappointed. The rice didn’t seem like proper basmati and the overall quality was poor. The chicken was just layered on top of plain rice with almost no flavor. Definitely not authentic Vijayawada style and not worth the price.

Came to the Nawabi Hyderabad house in concord for the first time in 2 years today, not much has changed as far as the food. The bread assortment and paneer curry were very good, however the biryani and mixed tandoori dishes were not the best. All the food came out in 15-20mins, so decently fast.

Food was good, few starters doesn’t taste as expected, while eating chicken with bone, sometimes they seems to be bad smell (probably very old chicken) ambience wise it’s 4/5 food 3/5. There is a lot space for Parking. The spoons seems to be coated as gold which is good but they aren’t appear clean as we can notice lot of scratches all around which is uncomfortable to taste the food with them. I recommend to visit for your favorite dish but not for all

Visited this restaurant recently. The starters (like chicken lollipop and chili chicken) were not as good as expected. However, the biryani was delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. Good service and decent ambience overall.

Last time we went to have Mandi here, had a bad experience. We ordered for goat piece but it was fully burnt and no meat left, when asked the staff, she didn’t even come back until we finished our food and tried to escape the situation. I felt they keep woman staff only so we can’t ask them as we ask a male staff.
Not very clean, smelled rancid when entered the restaurant, taste is average. Both veg and non veg bhojanam has only one dish difference but they are good and recommended.

– Starting with table assignment, server didn’t serve at-least water, neither asked for it.
– My family is of 3 adult and 1 kid, but placed only 2 plates but 3 cutlery. Didn’t even care to check how customers were eating with plates.
– Menu was not clear what all be served with an order and also what Juicy Mandi means. Missed to serve soup which is complimentary and quality of Mandi Chicken piece is not good, seems like marinated long ago(definitely more than 36hrs).
We drove 100miles to dine-in for the first time, and had very bad experience. I personally don’t recommend this place especially if anyone looking for Dine-In

We keep coming back because every dish we order is excellent. We love the 2 for one dosa special every Thursday. Believe me, it’s a full meal, the dosai are huge! Sambar is the best I’ve ever had, thick and rich. The chutneys are so flavorful. Such a wide variety on the menu. Service is wonderful always! Thank you
