Wing Shack uesd to have great food but the last few times the food had issues, but last night was the the worst. The wings (14 pieces-$14.99) were over cooked and dry, even with all that extra unnecessary sauce on it, they could not be helped. Celery is extra, that’s fine, but 3 small pieces of celery for $3 is ridiculous. A Side of Blue cheese is $2.50 in a 2oz plastic cup. The absolute worst last night was the $6.95 currly fries, when they came to the table I ask the food runner where the rest of my fries were, he mentioned those are 2oz of fries and sometimes they are all small pieces (see picture, celery added for size) and to top it of they were also over cooked.

My first time here and into the “Eagles “ nest , I came for the wings and left with experience wanting me to come back , the staff was great and calm despite the rush during a busy night and Crazy game , food was fresh , and prompt given the circumstances and none of this possible without Amanda and of course the rest of the staff but definitely the lead handling all the things and more , thanks for your humble hospitality Ina first experience !

Pretty slow foot traffic for lunch hour on a weekday, but it was Christmas week when I tried them. The 14 wings with fries and celery was a great value for the amount of food during the lunch special. We tried the hot honey lemon pepper, which had great flavor, was nice and tender and juicy inside, crispy on the outside, but lacked any spice entirely, which was disappointing. The fries had good taste but were just barely warm, as if plated well before the wings, which was unfortunate. Service was polite but a bit disinterested, it seemed. Overall, it was a great lunch for value and quantity, but maybe take it to go and get a different flavor than the one I picked. 3.5/5

We went to Wingshack in Orlando to watch an Eagles game and had an amazing time. Britt was our bartender and she was absolutely awesome and so kind, attentive, and clearly a very hard worker. Even with the crazy game-day crowds, she stayed professional, efficient, and on top of everything. She really made the experience even better. We will definitely be back! GO BIRDS!!!

Been here a couple of times already. Service for the most part is great if they aren’t really busy at night. During the day though, service is usually amazing. Food has been consistent for me and the wings have been pretty amazing contrary to a few other reviews on here. Definitely also try their funnel cake fries while you’re here.

I’m obsessed with their wings! Ordered the hot, garlic Parmesan extra crispy and they were awesome! We came to see the band that was playing that night. The drinks were great and our waitress Amanda was so sweet and attentive even with the amount of people who were there! It’s was an Extremely busy but she always stopped by to make sure we were good! Great service and the best wings in Orlando!!

I went to hear Alt Era band. The server walked really fast and almost collided with me. She left one menu on the table and took an order from the table next to us. I asked why there was only one menu. She said, “sharing is caring.” She walked back and left another menu. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It was delicious. Enjoyed dancing and singing with friends.
